Good morning and welcome to your day.

To begin your day,

Check in.

Sit up tall.

Close your eyes.

Let your hands rest on your thighs.

Bring awareness to your breath.

Bring awareness to your body.

There is no need to rush.

Be guided by your breath.

Connecting inward.

Notice this morning where your energy lies.

What energy are you bringing in to your day?

What energy and assumptions are you bringing from yesterday?

Let them go.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

I want you to bring your attention to the day ahead.

What lies on your path today?

Visualize what you want your day to look like,

To feel like.

What energy do you want to bring onto your path today?

What energy do you want to bring to every single interaction that you take?

What energy do you want to give yourself?

Let this energy fill every cell in your body.

Let this energy radiate outwards.

Be guided by your breath.

Open your mind.

Reset.

Today is in front of you.

Today is in your control.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

No matter what lies ahead or what comes up,

You have the power to come back to the safe space that you created.

At any time,

You can always come back to the safe space.

Take a deep breath.

Take another.

Drop your shoulders away from your ears.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

And one more.

Open your eyes.

Repeat this energy as you move forward into your day,

Being the best version of yourself.
