Sit.

Settle.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

What are you holding on to?

What are you tired of holding on to?

What hooks you?

What grabs you by the heart?

Or the brain?

Or the stomach?

What grabs you and won't let go?

Inhale.

Exhale.

Be.

Sit.

Breathe.

Let it go.

Whatever is hooking you,

Whatever you're holding on to,

Whatever is no longer serving you,

Let it go.

And then sit.

Breathe.

Let your mind settle.

Let your heart grow spacious.

Be present in your body.

Be present in your life,

Welcoming only that which brings you peace and joy.

Sit.

let go of what no longer serves you. I've been hearing that phrase a lot this year I have been meditating daily. and I've heard a hundred visuals for it. i just got back from a long weekend in the mountains, and every time a leaf fell from the tree I thought of it as letting go of something that didn't serve me any longer. . Then I told my wife, who is more than sick of me talking about my emotions and meditations this year, about this.. And the next 3 Days Every time we are sitting on the porch and saw a leaf fall from a tree one of us would call out something we are ready to let go of. what started off as a joke turned into an amazing experience. you are an inspiration. Namaste 🙏 duck (the duck pops up every time now, I leave it when it's for you. 😉)
