This meditation invites healing into the physical body.
I have witnessed what many would call miracles with this technique within myself and with the hundreds of clients I have served over the years.
The one common thread in all of those cases was that the person was open to receiving the miracle.
If you can begin this meditation from that place,
From opening yourself to allowing the miracle,
There is a greater chance that you will experience one.
That being said,
Please honor your body and your unique timeline to healing.
If this meditation does not feel effective today,
I invite you to continue working with it daily to achieve maximum results.
And so to begin this meditation,
Find a comfortable place to lay down with as little distraction as possible.
Begin following your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
Starting to draw the focus and the attention inward.
And at this time,
I'd like you to choose an area of your physical body or something within your body that you would like to heal.
This can be an injury,
A chronic condition,
A disease,
A virus,
Or anything else you may be holding in your physical body.
And from this place,
I'm going to ask you a series of questions.
Enter with the first thing that comes to mind.
If nothing comes to mind,
That is fine.
Just let it be.
So bringing the attention and awareness to this place in the body that you want to heal and focus on what it feels like in your body.
This may be uncomfortable for a few moments,
But it is an important part of the process.
And now bringing your attention to where you are feeling this energy the most in your physical body,
Locating your pain,
Illness,
Or disease.
And if your pain had a shape,
What shape would it be?
And if your pain was a color,
What color would it be?
And if your pain had a weight,
How much would it weigh?
And if your pain had a texture,
What texture would it be?
And now that you have visualized and identified your pain,
I'd like you to begin deepening and lengthening your breath.
I invite you to surrender your pain or physical condition to a higher power,
Whether that is God,
The universe,
Or divine source.
Then gracefully ask that all of your guides,
Healers,
Angels,
And anyone else who can assist you,
Join you now and stay with you as long as you may need.
And on your next inhale through the nose,
I'd like you to visualize a beautiful white healing light coming into your body with your breath.
And as you pause and hold your breath at the top,
See the light gravitating to that image or energy you experienced as your pain,
Surrounding it in light,
Love,
And healing.
And then as you exhale out through your nose or your mouth,
You release the pain,
Discomfort,
Or anything else that no longer serves you at this time.
Repeat this breath two more times,
Visualizing a beautiful white healing light surrounding the image and experience of your pain,
And then exhaling it out.
And now checking in with the image.
Is it still there?
Has it changed at all?
Does it weigh less?
Or is the image gone and the pain lessened?
If you are still experiencing the pain and the image is the same,
Continue following the breath,
Inhaling light,
And exhaling out pain and stagnation.
Repeat this breathing pattern as many times as is necessary for you to notice a shift.
Once you feel you have done enough for this session,
I'd like you to begin visualizing something beautiful you would like to place in that area of the body.
This visual can act as a reminder of the healing you did today and support you in continuing this practice.
And now taking one more big and beautiful breath,
Seeing all of your cells bathed in radiant golden healing light,
And then exhale out anything that no longer serves you.
Now starting to come back into your physical body,
Noticing your hands and your feet,
Your arms and your legs,
Your torso and your chest,
Your neck and your head.
And when you are ready,
Slowly and gently opening the eyes halfway first before fully opening them coming back into the present moment refreshed and vibrant.
