Ground with the infinite resource of pleasure. Pleasure is always living in our bodies, around our bodies, in the room we are in. Where is your pleasure center today? How much can you allow it to expand in your awareness?

First,

I invite you to embody slowness.

Allow your body to move and morph into a position that means slowness for you.

Noticing where you feel slow and steady in your body right now.

And just taking a few moments there,

Allowing it to expand.

Maybe noticing how the sensation of time changes here.

Taking a few breaths in slowness.

And bringing your attention now to your pleasure center,

Wherever it is today.

Whether it's a part of your body,

A person,

An object,

A food,

Or a place.

Noticing the sensations of that pleasure center in your body.

What does it feel like as you allow all of your tendrils of attention to move to that pleasure center?

What do you notice there?

Is there a color,

Shape,

A texture,

An age?

Do you see a metaphor,

An image,

Or a melody?

What does pleasure look and feel like in your body today?

Taking a few breaths here in your particular pleasure center.

Noticing what changes the longer you sit here.

Seeing just how long you can stretch your attention and your capacity to be in this space.

To be in pleasure.

Can you allow just one more moment to be in pleasure?

Sitting alongside that place,

Not trying to change it,

Just noticing it and trusting in its wisdom.

Taking a few breaths from this pleasure center.

Allowing it to morph and move just like your body.

Maybe even allowing some body movements.

How does your body want to move from this pleasurable place?

Seeing if you can stay in the spontaneity of pleasure.

Following your curiosity to move how your body wants right now.

And maybe noticing just one more thing about this sensation of pleasure.

What's one thing you hadn't noticed before?

Then allowing that to expand.

Taking as much time here as your body wants and needs.
