They're both in the description below.
In this video I wanted to speak to you guys about kriyas.
It's a Sanskrit word for purification and purifying the body,
The physical structure that you're carrying around with you on this planet in order to make sure that the structures that you have like the liver,
And your kidneys,
And your digestive system have a little bit of help on their side.
So basically how the body works,
Obviously you guys are probably aware of this but I'll give you a brief spiel,
Is that there are three or four ways that the body eliminates toxins from the body.
Right,
So 50% or more of the toxins from your body are eliminated by your lungs.
So a lot of your toxins are going out due to your breathing experience.
So you're like the carbon dioxide that you're putting out and all the other stuff.
And so it's very important that we live in an environment where our lungs have the capacity to do so without having to deal with air pollution,
Or indoor air pollution,
Or outdoor air pollution.
That's why when I was in Chiang Mai and there was a lot of pollution outside,
I spent a lot of my time at home in an air purified state,
In an air purified room,
Because it's so important otherwise my lungs wouldn't be able to do their job and I would have a lot of toxins in my body and that's obviously not good for you.
The second way obviously is through your skin.
Again your skin is again a huge organ,
It's the biggest one in your body.
I think the liver is second.
And so a lot of the toxins are being eliminated by your skin in the form of sweat and obviously through your armpits and basically in general through sweat.
Therefore that's why we take a shower every day or twice a day because if you're sweating a lot that means there's all these toxins on your skin and you need to clean them off otherwise they're going to stay on your skin and then be reabsorbed perhaps and that's obviously not good for you.
The third way obviously is a normal way a lot of us think of is elimination through excretion,
Basically pooping and that's a digestive system.
It's a really complicated system with the colon and you know the smallest and largest and this and that and so that is a major way that you eliminate things,
Toxins obviously and also waste products from your body and that's mostly what we focus on when we're thinking about eliminating from our body,
Eliminating toxins from our body.
And the last way obviously is the liver and the liver is extremely important organ in our body because it does a lot of toxin reduction,
A lot of illumination and a lot of cleansing in general.
A lot of us unfortunately have not been really paying attention to our livers.
I know when I was younger I mean of course I didn't think about my liver,
I didn't even think about my body at all let alone the liver right and I drank a lot and I didn't eat that well and I didn't sleep that well like a typical person in their 20s or in their late teens or early 20s and I spent a lot of my time doing that so obviously my liver was congested and didn't have a lot of help on its side.
I didn't give it a lot of help in order to eliminate but because I was young it was okay at that point I guess but as I got older I noticed that I became more sluggish and obviously my body wasn't functioning as well and mostly it has to do with the fact that you know there's a lot of toxins that are being held by your lungs,
By your liver,
By your body because it's not being it's not able to be eliminated properly because you're not allowing it the chance to do it.
The liver it functions at its best and its most from 4 to 6 a.
M and so if you're sleeping and likes it when you're sleeping and it's eliminating at that point because if you're awake at that point or if you're not sleeping properly then it can't do a good job of it.
It's best if you're asleep at that time so 4 to 6 a.
M and then when you wake up you know you eliminate and you're able to you know remove all those toxins from your body and that's what I noticed that when I sleep well through the night and I don't wake up in the middle of the night and I don't wake up at 4 a.
M or I don't wake up while my liver is functioning and doing its thing cleansing myself then I wake up and as soon as I wake up I can eliminate very easily so it helps my body a lot right.
Now the now the kriyas that I was speaking about are it's an ayurvedic term it's a Sanskrit term and it means purification as I said and there are certain things that you are recommended to do by the ayurvedic terms and I know you guys like this kind of stuff so I thought I'd share it with you because I have been doing kriyas myself for a year now so every morning I wake up and I've been doing this for a year now doing the kriyas as automatically as I brush my teeth.
Now brushing your teeth is one part of your mouth structure that you're cleaning out obviously and flossing obviously I'm guessing a lot of you do that as well and so your gums and your teeth but there's a lot of other things that are required to be cleansed in your in your system in your science system in and your tongue and in general to purify yourself and the two things two three things that are recommended by a lot of the kriyas or a lot of the ayurvedic systems when you wake up in the morning first of all they recommend that you do the tongue scraping now guys if you've never scraped your tongue when you wake up in the morning after a good night's sleep you have no idea what you're missing out on you're probably thinking that I'm insane but it literally is so important to me now that I don't think I could date anyone who doesn't do tongue scraping like it literally is the most important thing that I do every single day now our tongue is obviously covered with a lot of bacteria in general it's just the way it is saliva has a lot of stuff in it as well but what happens is that when you're sleeping through the night what the the liver is kind of cleansing itself and your stomach and I mean your entire system is kind of rejuvenating itself and what happens is a lot of bacterias and a lot of toxins are deposited on your tongue when you're sleeping right so when you wake up what you're supposed to do which we're never taught which is really surprising to me that's what really kills me is like how do people not teach this stuff what are we getting tough what are we what are people teaching us like not useful things for sure in any case when you wake up the most important thing you need to do is to scrape it off so there is a tongue scraper it's a particular tool that you can use or you can use a spoon a stainless steel spoon other people use you know the back of their brush but it's better if you use something stainless steel because it's bacteria and if you use a brush that accumulates on it's not good for you so in general what I have I have a tool tank scraper it's like a u-shaped thing and basically I scrape my tongue about 10-15 times and this might be disgusting but literally there are so many toxins that are being eliminated from your body overnight that my tongue scraper is covered with shit it's covered with crap it's covered with disgusting bacterium which I obviously wash off the problem is that most of us don't do it and I didn't do it for the longest time either so what happens is that you know we don't scrape off our tongue it happens for everyone everyone has that kind of accumulation of toxins on their tongue but we don't scrape it off and we just eat we you know we brush our teeth and then we eat food and then what happens is that we kind of inhale it or we just kind of swallow all those toxins back into our body because you know water and food and all that we'll just kind of scrape it off and we'll just take it back in and so basically what you're doing is that you have all these toxins in the body and then your body was kind enough to eliminate it and put on a tongue and kind of be like all right here's a little package for you you just have to take it out of your body and throw it away we're doing all the work for you you just have to do this one little thing this final thing right it's like garbage collection you know they don't come to your room into your house and take the garbage out you put it out for them and you do that they take it away for you and you don't have to worry about it right the same thing with the tongue it puts it on there it's in a little package all you have to do is scrape it off but most of us don't and so it's re-inhaled and retaken in and then it's eliminated again it's like a huge cycle of just disgustingness so in general it's the easiest thing to do it takes barely 10 seconds and all you do is you scrape your tongue and you you see it you see the results of it as soon as I did it the first time around I was like oh my god I'm never never not gonna do this again right even when I'm traveling and I'm going through an airport and it's a 24-hour flight you know and I know that I need to scrape my tongue I will do it in the airport bathroom or something because it's so important because I can feel it now that there's the stuff on my tongue when I wake up I feel the toxins I feel the bacteria I'm like ah I need to eliminate it so anyways it's the easiest thing to do very very good for you obviously you don't want that stuff in us and it's been done for us it's all our time we just have to take it out right just throw the garbage out just put it out for the garbage collectors and so it's an easy thing to do and the tongue scrapers are cheap you can just get them online or you can as I said use a spoon a stainless steel spoon and you can scrape it off using a spoon if you don't want to buy something for that oh my god this video is already so long the second thing I'm going to talk about is using salt himalayan salt or sea salt or whatever it might be putting a little bit on your palm and I usually use the tip of my finger and I just wet it a little bit and I just kind of dip it into the salt and I rub it around my gums now for me guys I used to get a lot of ginger whitus in the past before I started doing this and it's just because my gums were accumulating a lot of bacteria and I wasn't cleaning it properly even with flossing right and I wasn't flossing properly obviously maybe or I don't know what was going on but in general as soon as I started using salt to rub on my gums every single day since last year I noticed that I don't have ginger whitus at all and I don't floss anymore because I don't need to because for some reason the salt kind of stabilizes my saliva or stabilizes my gums that they don't accumulate ginger whitus or the bacteria anymore and it's the easiest thing to do you just get a little bit of salt sea salt or himalayan salt not the iodine salt that you guys you know not table salt not stuff with like not any pure stuff but just a pure salt and you just kind of take a little bit and you just rub it around your gums and so you do that that's the second kriya and then the third kriya is the most one of the most important ones is the neti pot and you probably heard of it previously you've probably seen other people do it perhaps and it's like basically a thing where you kind of pour salt water warm salt water and then you pour it through one of your nostrils and it comes out the other and then you pour it to the other nostril and it comes out to the other right so basically you're kind of eliminating and cleaning out all of your sinus systems and both of your nostrils and if you have any bacteria in there if you have any impurifications any toxins the water takes it out and it just eliminates it right it's great because i've noticed that you know i i get less cold i used to get cold all the time before and now because of the neti pot i do it every day as well i don't get cold anymore it's very rare that i get sick it's because i'm cleaning myself out and cleaning out my sinus systems every single day so that nothing has a chance to accumulate on it or nothing has a chance to kind of just even grab hold of my you know nose or my throat system right and so i really do recommend the neti pot a lot it's really good especially at this moment in time and there is a pandemic going on to keep your structure as purified and clean as possible so that your immune system is boosted your liver is has less of a job to do your lungs have less of a job to do so they can really help you heal yourself and make yourself stronger rather than focusing mostly on toxin removal okay there's a lot more to this subject i love this subject so much i'm always thinking about how to purify myself more that that's why i did the liver flush as well and i'm doing a kidney cleanse right now and i'll talk a lot more about this in the future because i just i just like talking about it i hope this was useful if you guys have any questions or something that you want me to expand upon message me or comment below and i shall do a follow up video on it because this is important we should all be i think doing it it literally is easy to be is easiest thing in the world takes me five minutes in the morning but it's so important again if you have questions message or comment below and i shall see you guys next time around bye for now
