Hi everybody,

My name is Brian.

Hi,

My name is Lillia.

And we're going to do a bedtime meditation together.

So let's find a comfortable position.

Hopefully,

We already brushed our teeth.

And we have on our pajamas.

And maybe we even read a bedtime story.

So now it's time to relax.

And get into bed.

And lay down.

Find a comfortable position.

Find a comfortable position.

And close the eyes.

And close the eyes.

And close the eyes.

And close the eyes.

Let's take a deep breath together.

Inhale.

And exhale.

That's great,

Let's try it again.

Deep inhale.

And exhale.

One last time,

Inhale.

And exhale.

Good.

Now let's begin to relax the body.

Bring your attention to the top of the head.

And relax the head.

And relax your head.

We have so many things that are in the mind.

So many things that we think about all day.

Now is the time to let go of all those thoughts and relax.

No more thinking.

Now let's bring our awareness to the arms.

Relax the arms.

Inhale.

That's right,

We do so many things throughout the day with our arms and our hands.

Now is a perfect time to relax the arms.

And relax the hands.

Now let's bring our awareness to the legs.

Relax the legs.

Relax the feet.

That's right,

Our legs and our feet,

They help us move around all day.

We're walking,

We are running,

We are riding bicycles,

We're dancing,

We do so many things with the legs and the feet.

But now there's nothing left to do with the legs or the feet.

It's time to go to sleep,

So we're going to allow the legs to relax.

Allow the feet to relax.

Now who likes to dream good dreams?

I do.

Me too.

So let's prepare,

Let's get ready to dream some wonderful dreams.

What are some things that we like to dream about?

I like to dream about unicorns.

Unicorns,

That's a good dream.

I like to dream about rainbows and blue skies.

So take a few moments,

Think about some things that you like to dream about.

Some things that are happy.

Some things that make you feel good.

Can you think of anything?

I think it's time to go to sleep.

Now is a good time,

Mommies and daddies,

Or anyone else who's helping put us to bed.

Let's turn out the lights,

If they're not already turned out.

And let's pull up the covers.

Put on your blankies.

That's right,

Put on your blankies.

And get super comfortable.

Because pretty soon we'll be sleeping.

Night night.

Good night.

Have a beautiful night,

Sweet dreams.

This was the first time I tried a meditation with my 3 year old son and he started listening and relaxing right away. He is not a child who normally just relaxes at bedtime and many night it can be quite a struggle. I’m hoping this can be a new replacement for his Melatonin. Thanks!

Being an adult with childhood trauma, this was a lovely experience. Both my inner adult and my inner child felt pampered and enjoyed it. A few tears welled up, as my inner child wished that she had had such a sweet experience at bedtime, too. But now we do! Thank you. šŸ™šŸ’ž

I have been meditating with my boys every night for about the last few months. About three weeks ago we discovered this meditation amd my boys now request for Bryan by name. My oldest will actually fall asleep during this track now which is such a relief as he often struggles to calm down at night. Highly recommend for children.
