The course involves many morals and principles that I need in my life, however, it's a hard course in terms of it requires a lot of work on one's self. I would suggest anyone who will start this course not to listen to the lessons on daily basis. Rather, one can listen to lesson one, and then listen to other meditation tracks on the following 3 or 4 days, give yourself a chance to digest and work on what you heard in lesson one, then go to lesson 2 and so on. I would suggest too writing a journal after each lesson, of the idea/ideas you get from the lesson and how or where in your life you can apply them. It doesn't have to be a long journal. Just few lines or words to quickly refer to during your day for application.

Excellent, accessible content. I also appreciate Brian's measured cadence in his talks. He doesn't overhwlem with an unending torrent of words. He pauses. He breathes. He gives the listener time and space to absorb the lesson.

I have read a lot of versions of these teachings and this is the best by far. This teacher’s insights are contemporary and relevant, unique, and of depth and substance. There was no summarising or skimming the surface here which I appreciated. I was reaching out for some relief and meaning and I got it. I listened through once and now I’ll listen through again and take notes. This course is a real gift, thank you.

A bit too suffused with Christian theism for my taste, but where the speaker kept his religious bias in check there were some definite good lessons..
