Finding yourself in a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Giving your body,
Your breath,
Your mind,
Your spirit a chance to settle,
A chance to sink in,
A chance to slow down your rhythm.
Big breath in through the nose,
Big sigh out the mouth.
Two more breaths just like that,
Following your own pace,
Your own rhythm.
Nice big sighs out.
Feeling your shoulders soften,
Feeling your bum heavy on the floor or your seat.
Giving yourself full permission to be here exactly as you are in this moment,
Without needing to change anything about yourself.
Giving yourself full permission to show up just as you are,
With any joys,
Any sorrows,
Any spaces of ease or tension.
Simply showing up just as you are.
Just staying in that space of full permission for a few more moments.
Giving yourself the gift of this opportunity.
Bringing your focus gently back to your breath.
Those nice inhales and exhales.
And then bringing your focus into the center of your body,
Wherever your center is today.
Perhaps your heart,
Your belly or your head.
Allow your breath to come in and out through the center of your body.
Bringing your focus,
Your attention,
Your awareness into the center of your body.
Calling all the different parts of you into your center.
Calling your emotions,
Your feelings,
Your mind,
Your thoughts,
Your thinking,
Your energy,
Your spirit,
Your soul.
All coming into the center of your body.
Bringing any part of you back from the past,
Back from any memories.
Calling these parts home into the center of your body,
Just as you are right in this moment.
And if there are any parts of you worrying or thinking about the future,
Maybe your to-do list or the rest of your day.
Call that part home.
Call that part into the center of your body as well.
So all of these parts of you come together in your center.
Nice big breath.
Focusing your attention in the center of your body.
Giving yourself permission to be just as you are.
Sitting here in your center with your breath,
With full permission,
For a few moments.
Bringing your focus and your attention gently back to your body.
Reminding yourself that your feet are on the floor.
Your body is heavy.
Reminding yourself that you are centered.
Reminding yourself that you are more than enough.
You are worthy.
You are whole,
Just as you are right now.
Nice big breath in.
Nice sigh out the mouth.
Do more just like that.
Waking yourself up slowly,
Bringing your awareness back to your body.
Small movements of fingers and toes.
Taking your time to come out of your meditation,
Out of your practice with this centered feeling.
Use this permission to move about the rest of your day,
Just as you are.
Big gratitude,
Big heart thank you.
One more big breath in.
One sigh out the mouth.
Taking this practice with you as you move throughout the rest of your day.
Thank you.
