Settling in,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and a long,
Gentle breath out.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale fully,
Allowing yourself to arrive in this precious moment.
Take a moment now to gently bring to mind the one you are blessing.
It may be a beloved person or a precious animal companion and allow their presence to rest softly in your heart.
You are safe.
You are free.
May you be at peace.
May you be at ease.
May your journey be gentle.
May you be free from pain.
May you be free from fear.
May you be free from suffering.
I release you with love.
I hold you in light.
I carry you in my heart.
May you return to the great circle of life where all beings are at peace and may we meet again in another time,
Another place and under another sky.
