Welcome.

Settle into a comfortable position and allow your eyes to gently close.

Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again,

Breathing in presence and breathing out distraction.

Allow your breath to become a steady rhythm,

Anchoring you fully in this moment.

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,

The root chakra.

Imagine a steady red light glowing there.

As you breathe,

Feel a sense of safety and trust.

Release the stories that no longer belong to you.

You are grounded in your own truth.

You are safe.

Now shift your awareness to the sacral chakra just below the navel.

Visualize a warm orange light fluid and gentle.

With each breath,

Allow emotions to move freely without judgment.

Let go of assumptions and return to curiosity and openness.

Bring your attention to the solar plexus above the navel.

See a radiant yellow light growing brighter.

Breathe in to personal power and self-respect.

Release the need to take on what is not yours.

You are responsible only for your own inner alignment.

Now move your awareness to the heart center and imagine a soft green light expanding with each inhale.

Breathing in compassion for yourself and for others.

Releasing expectations and allow love to flow freely and unconditionally.

Bring your awareness to the throat chakra,

Visualizing a clear blue light,

Calm and open.

With each breath,

Invite honesty and clarity.

Allow your words,

Spoken or unspoken,

To arise from integrity and kindness.

Shift your focus to the third eye at the center of the forehead.

See an indigo light glowing softly.

Breathe in to awareness and discernment.

Release the need to interpret or assume and rest in quiet knowing.

Finally,

Bring your attention to the crown of the head.

Imagine a violet or white light gently opening upward.

With each breath,

Connect to a greater wisdom beyond thought.

Here you simply do your best,

Moment by moment,

Breath by breath.

Take one deep inhale and exhale slowly.

When you are ready,

Return gently,

Carrying this alignment into your day.
