Please create the sacred container for yourself today,
And give yourself what you need to be fully present.
Position your beautiful body in a way that honors the reverence and the love of the Great Mother beneath you,
And the infinite sky above.
This could be laying down on your back,
Or on your side,
Or on your belly.
Get yourself as comfortable as possible.
Invite yourself to soften here,
To be held,
And to be free.
Guide your focus into your heart,
And breathe.
Shift from thinking into feeling and sensing.
As you are ready,
You may call in any of your guides you work with,
The ancestors,
Spirit.
Give thanks and acknowledge the indigenous peoples of wherever you rest.
Together,
Let us call in the wisdom of the star nation.
Grandmother Moon,
The Nustas,
Priestesses,
And goddesses.
The Palladians,
Mountain spirits,
The beings of unconditional love and benevolent light.
And the teacher,
The healer,
The warrior,
The visionary within you.
Call in all the soul pieces into your being now.
Call yourself home to land like the sweet child loved,
And open your heart to divine love.
As you invite yourself to soften,
Shift the awareness and felt sense into the fingertips,
The toe tips,
And all the way inside the limbs,
Into the organs.
Traverse in curiosity and wonder.
Feel the whole back of the body.
Embrace the Mother Earth's energies meeting you.
As you exhale,
Can you surrender into that imprint of your body on the Earth?
Select with your beloved heartbeat.
Breathe here and listen to the rhythm.

Can you soften to hear with greater reverence?
The practice of yoga nidra begins now.
Like a seed in the Earth,
Nestled in so sweetly in the dark,
There is light.
Feel inside this seedling,
Deep inside.
Become aware.
Turn your presence into the sacred space of your heart field and feel.
Can you feel grateful for this moment,
All of your blessings?
Can you immerse and saturate yourself in the emotion of gratitude to illuminate what is of value or truly invaluable?
In this place of your heart,
Call forth your sacred vow or intention you are working with.
The sankalpa is a sacred vow of remembrance of who you are,
Manifested in a simple statement for potency.
It's an I am or I embody statement.
Or you may choose to use an intention for a collective soul healing.
I embody sovereignty.
I am divine love.
I embody equality.
I lead with my heart.
Allow this sacred vow or intention to present itself now.
If you are unsure,
Allow your openness to reveal it with practice and patience.
When you have your intention or your sankalpa ready,
Acknowledge it by mentally saying it to yourself with a soft inner power and feel it in your whole heart,
Your whole body,
Your whole essence emanating out beyond the skin into the energetic field around you,
Merging with the universal energies of divine light,
Of nature.
Fully embody this as you bring it to life.
Even sacred mountains emerge into your awareness.
These epic mountains surround you.
They are beneath you,
Holding you into groundlessness.
The mountain spirits,
The nustas,
Divine feminine energies offer protection,
Wisdom,
And love.
They may be close or far in your imagination and vision.
Notice how they show up in a felt sense or formation in your field.
Can you open to the felt sense of safety and freedom at the same time?
Allow yourself to sense in ways that have no words.
The home in your heart,
This currency of love and who you are,
Casts out an energetic signature that protects you and also attracts what you need to fulfill your dharma,
Your path and purpose.
And each mountain shines a beacon of light towards you.
And with your permission,
The light begins to merge with your aura,
Creating a felt sense of connection,
Of belonging.
Send this energy into the root,
The base of your energy body,
Into the earth.
And feel the back of the heart softening with each exhale.
There is an access point of release and surrender,
A portal to let go of energies to be recycled.
From the root,
Align the central energy channel,
Shushumna Nadi,
Up to the crown and open the chakras,
The energy centers above the head.
Meet with these energies of the mountain spirits,
The nustas,
Star nation through this channel of your inner light.
From the brilliance of your essence,
Guide all of your awareness to the center of the throat and up to the space behind the forehead.
Shine the heart's light into the mind.
Illuminate the mind with the clarity of the heart,
Center of the throat,
The right shoulder,
And diagonally to the left hip,
Over to the right hip,
And up to the left shoulder,
And into the hollow of the throat where the collarbones meet.
Guide your awareness to the right shoulder,
The left hip,
The right hip,
And diagonally up to the left shoulder,
And into the hollow of the throat.
These two triangular shapes,
One pointing downwards,
One pointing upwards,
And meeting at the tips.
In the center,
The solar plexus.
Feel into the depth of the space,
The sense of self,
Divine willpower,
Your inner power,
The space,
The manupira chakra,
Or city of jewels,
The ten-petal lotus,
Or any other shape that you sense,
The color.
Release who you are now.
Guide the lotus up to the heart.
These two sacred triangles begin to rotate and reorganize outwards.
So now the tips meet at the center of the spiritual heart,
And the widest edges begin to expand out to either side and morph into beautiful wings.
Feel the heart in all directions at once.
Reveal consciousness up to the space between the ears and the midbrain,
The pineal and pituitary glands.
Soften the gaze here and activate.
Feel to the space just above the brow center the third eye opening,
Spacious awareness.
Feel the contour of the right eye,
The right eyeball.
Feel the shape of the left eye and the left eyeball.
Feel both the eyes resting in the eye sockets together.
Feel the nose,
The left nostril,
The right nostril,
And the whole nose all together.
Feel the right cheek and the left cheek and both cheeks together.
Feel the mouth,
The chin,
And both sides of the jawline.
The left ear,
The right ear,
Both ears,
The top of the skull,
The whole face.
Feel the crown of the head and the space above the head.
Feel into the energy of the star nation,
The family of stars above.
Illuminate the mind,
The higher mind.
Send awareness to the back of the neck,
The right shoulder blade,
Left shoulder blade,
And both together.
Track the whole spine down and up.
Bring all of your attention to the back of the ribs and inside to the kidneys and adrenal glands that sit on top.
Feel the lower back,
The right hip,
The left hip,
Both hips together.
Feel the hamstrings,
The backs of the knees,
The calves,
The ankles,
The heels,
Soles of the feet,
Tips of all the toes,
The tops of the feet,
The shins,
Knees,
Thighs,
Pelvis.
Feel the whole right leg.
Feel the whole left leg.
Feel both of your legs together.
Naval center below the belly button,
Upper abdomen,
The right side of the ribs,
The left side of the ribs,
The whole rib cage altogether,
The whole chest,
The right arm,
The tips of the fingers,
And the whole right hand.
The left arm and the tips of the fingers and the whole left hand.
Feel both of your arms together.
Feel the palms of your hands,
Heavy and light at the same time.
Find awareness from both of your hands and into the heart space.
From your heart,
Feel the whole body all together.
Feel the whole body supported and freely breathing as one complete unit.
Feel your wholeness,
Whole body.
Feel into the light waves,
This invisible webbing of connection signifying your purpose here in the co-creation that what is meant for you is on its way.
In stillness,
There is movement.
Resolve to stay aware.
Trust the breath,
The rhythm as you let go.
And you trust the timing of your life.
Honor this through the sensations and subtle waves that breathe your whole body.
Listen to the feeling of your body aligning and organizing itself in the magic of the universe.
Can you feel the universe moving through you?
The image or felt sense of the seven sacred mountains all around you.
There are sacred lakes in each valley of these mountains.
The seven lakes representing the nustas and goddesses of the Andean spirits.
These nustas are present to assist you in your healing journey.
The divine water begins to pour into the bowl of the sacred space that holds your body like a womb.
You are held in this sacred vessel.
The lakes flowing gently down the nourishing water of the divine feminine energies.
And these waters nurture your whole body merging with your essence.
Feel into a weightlessness where you feel both supported and free to be.
Calibrate the harmony where the temperature,
The sensations are aligned with what you need today.
The Chidakas at the brow center.
A spacious portal of infinite possibility,
Neutrality.
Exploring sensations and emotions and giving yourself permission to be and feel whatever arises.
Dissolving judgment in the compassionate arms of the heart.
Allow yourself to feel into sadness.
Feel any sensations and emotions with this sadness.
And release that.
Feel into love.
Feel love and any sensations with this elevated emotion.
Now together,
Feel these emotions all together,
Sadness and love.
Any other emotions that you may feel.
And release.
How does it feel to conform or follow the status quo?
Any sensations with conforming are welcome.
And release.
How does it feel to give yourself permission to question,
To think creatively?
And let that go.
Come back to the Chidakas.
How does it feel to lead only from your mind?
To move through life from your mind.
And release that.
How does it feel to lead from your heart?
And how does it feel together,
Mind and heart?
You have a limited,
Innovative mind and your wise heart.
And release everything.
The waters begin to seep back into Mother Earth's soils to replenish the ancestry of the waters.
Allow this subtle release to also purify your energy body into a state of equanimity.
Merge the heart,
The soul and the higher mind together in wholeness,
In coherence,
Aligned in purpose.
Maybe there are no words for this felt sense.
Remembering who you are and why you came.
The Nuestas are the goddesses and sacred archetypal feminine energies of nature.
When you are ready,
One of the lakes,
The Nuestas,
Call to you.
So you travel up the mountain.
Notice how you get there,
Any way is possible.
You meet this Nuesta with wonder and curiosity.
The most pristine waters you have ever seen.
You see a white stone that chooses you.
What is the shape and essence of this stone?
You pick it up and blow an intention for a collective healing into this stone.
Three times with your imagination,
You blow your breath of prayer into this stone.
And when you are ready,
You toss this beacon of light of your heart's intention into the lake to be activated.
Now lay yourself down on the mountain,
Connect your belly with the great mother.
Connect the cord from your belly button to Mother Earth,
Symbolizing your connection,
Belonging and safety.
This may remain as you travel or trust that you know how to retrieve it in divine timing.
When you are ready,
Leap towards the stars,
Towards the vast spaciousness of the galaxy,
The celestial garden above.
To see the world in a new light,
This eagle condor view of the whole planet.
As your vision expands,
Notice what you see or sense in this dimension.
Shine the light of your heart's intention to the seven continents,
The seven sacred mountains,
The nustas,
Oceans,
Rivers,
Waterways.
Allow your signature essence to reorganize the alignment of your path and purpose.
What are you here to share,
Express,
And be a part of with the collective?
With humanity,
Where is your healing light and energy being called to?
Light up the places,
The waters,
The lands,
Animals,
The people and communities that your heart and soul shows you as the way.
Notice what you are gravitated towards.
Can you envision the whole planet healing?
