Welcome yourself here and now.

Welcoming gratitude for this time and space to practice and to be with yourself.

As you are ready,

Lay your body down with the earth,

The great mother.

Position yourself in a way that is comfortable and supportive.

Acknowledge yourself for meeting your own needs here.

Acknowledge the earth.

Notice what you are aware of.

Create your sacred space now.

Open yourself to all directions and open your heart to this moment.

Practice what you notice with discernment.

Behind closed eyelids,

Awaken the compassionate eye of the heart.

Let all stories go,

All stories let them go.

Shift from thinking to feeling.

Open your senses.

The practice of yoga nidra begins now.

In curiosity,

Go for a walk inside your body.

Discover yourself through different perceptual states.

Begin in the literal body,

The serpent,

Physicality.

Here you may be drawn to how the outer limits of the skin meet the touch of the surface beneath you.

Your clothes,

Blanket,

The earth,

And the inner landscape welcoming any sensations.

Shift to mental-emotional,

Jaguar,

Tracking any sensations,

Non-judging,

Visceral,

Fearless.

And change to mythic perceptual state,

Eagle,

Wordless,

The soul energy,

And inca,

Luminous energy body,

God state,

Nameless,

Wordless,

Pure energy,

Compassion.

You hear a flutter,

The royal hummingbird has come.

Perhaps you hear the flutter of the wings.

See or sense the colors.

She is tapping on the center of your chest lightly and enough to feel.

What do you feel?

Acknowledge yourself.

Let yourself be seen,

Be heard,

Be loved by your own heart.

Be in your heart now.

An invitation to honor,

Reclaim your sovereignty,

Your freedom,

By recognizing your whole body,

Your essence,

Your inner power.

Master time and space in the center of the center of the center of the heart.

There is a flower,

Any kind of flower.

Perhaps you notice the color,

The fragrance,

The sensation.

This timeless space now.

Plant or nourish the seed of your sankalpa,

A sacred vow,

An intention that is sacred to you.

Embody it.

Feel it come alive from the inside.

This essence of who you are emanates out like an invisible signal.

There is the boundary of bone and skin while the energy expands.

A river of light,

Liquid light calls you.

Notice the flow.

Is it slow?

Fast?

How is the temperature?

The color?

This river is symbolizing acceptance and letting go.

The acceptance of Mother Earth's wisdom,

Allowing things to be in the flow.

Shift now,

Practicing discernment.

There is no right and no wrong here.

Let be whatever is present in the sensations of the mental emotional body.

Feel into knowing,

Knowing it all.

Any sensations are welcome.

And let that go.

Feel into not knowing.

To feel into I don't know.

And let it go.

Feel into knowing and not knowing at the same time.

And release that.

Feel into safety.

What does it feel like to be safe?

And release.

Feel into freedom.

What does it feel like to be free?

And release.

At the same time now,

Feel into safety and freedom.

And let it go.

Feel into attachment.

Attachment to outcome.

Any emotions or sensations with attachment.

And release.

Feel into detachment.

Detachment of outcome.

And let it go.

Discern attachment.

Feel.

Discern detachment.

And feel.

The river flowing freely.

Guide yourself and the river to meet inside and along the central energy channel.

Along the spine.

Allow this channel to be open.

Let it all be released with the wisdom of the river flowing down and up.

Flowing down and up.

Guide this wisdom to each area of the body.

Begin at the center of the forehead.

The center of the throat.

Center of the heart.

The belly brain.

Inside the bowl of the pelvis.

The root.

The front of the body.

The back of the body.

The left side.

The whole left side.

Right side.

The whole right side.

The heart.

The whole heart.

The whole body.

The whole wisdom body in all directions.

Sit in stillness at the third eye.

Ketsa kodel.

In this stillness,

Notice what appears.

Welcome yourself into this spaciousness.

You are free to dream.

What are you dreaming?

Dreaming into being.

Dreaming into being.

Allow yourself the awareness to receive any messages.

The royal hummingbird tapping on your heart.

Emerge in the center of the center of the heart.

The flower.

Go directly into the center of the flower.

And drink the nectar.

The nectar of life force energy.

Pure energy.

At the center of the heart.

Feel this essence embracing all of your cells.

Every cell.

Allow yourself to feel peace and gratitude.

And freedom.

Repeat your sankalpa or your intention to yourself three times and feel it coming alive.

And offer a breath of prayer.

Any prayers are welcome.

The practice of yoga nidra is now complete.

Welcome yourself home.

Stretch into your body.

Feel into the toe tips and the fingertips.

Feel into your breath.

Thank you for practicing.
