Hello precious soul.
I thank you for joining me for this morning meditation.
You should be honored as a gorgeous ritual to set the tone for your day.
What a blessing it is to be here for this beautiful present moment.
Give yourself thanks and gratitude for making you a priority.
We're going to begin the practice either seated or lying down,
Whichever feels right for you today.
We'll begin dropping into your body,
Letting your eyes close and deepening your breath.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Feel the sensation of the cool air entering your vessel,
Raising your stomach,
Expanding your lungs and slowly exhale fully emptying out any stale air.
On the next inhale,
I want you to imagine breathing in healing energetic life force from the earth.
Hold in that life force for four seconds.
Feel that energy move all around your body and wash all the way down towards the soles of your feet.
And on your breath out,
Relax further into calm and relaxation.
Repeat the last breath sequence two more times on your own.
If you're noticing any pain or soreness around your body,
I want you to focus on that specific spot.
Breathe into it,
Creating energy and providing space for it to relax and then let it go.
Do this as many times as you desire,
Whatever you're needing this morning.
This practice of cultivating a connection with your mind and your body is so important.
Over the years,
We put our bodies through so much and it continues to function to the best of its ability.
The intelligence and the power it holds.
The beautiful fact our hearts beat 100,
000 times a day for us without asking or commanding anything in return.
From the veins that carry our blood and oxygen to the trillions of cells that work to release and repair and keep our bodies functioning should be honored and thanked.
All of the senses we get to enjoy and feel on a day to day basis.
We truly are marvels.
And for that,
I'd like you to take both of your arms and wrap them around yourself.
Really hold your body and repeat these affirmations.
My body is incredible.
My body is strong.
My body is reliable.
Thank you for all that you do for me body.
You are appreciated.
Body I believe in you.
Body I will take care of you.
I love you.
When you're ready,
You can softly open your eyes.
I hope you carry this gratitude with you throughout your day.
You deserve it.
