How many times have you already thought of the hundreds of ways it can't go right? The situation you can't get out of your mind, the many ways you can overthink it. How many of those ways were positive? How many of those ways ended in the best case scenario? Fill your overthinking with the best in this meditation.

Hello,

Good morning,

Afternoon,

Or good night.

Welcome to this Manifestation Meditation,

A moment to nix anxious thoughts and remind you all will be well.

Because if instead of spending time thinking of the worst,

How about think about the best?

What are all the best-case scenarios?

In this meditation,

You'll ask yourself,

How lovely can it get?

Our minds are creative,

Real imaginative in the best and worst of ways some days.

Our mind can go on a tangent,

Crafting all the ways things will not work,

Filling our minds with the worst.

But what about we cancel that,

Cancel those thoughts,

Put those things to rest,

And instead imagine the best?

Our mind will still be working,

Our mind will still be imagining.

But instead of the doom,

Gloom,

And dread,

Fill it with joy,

Peace,

And satisfaction.

Take a moment to breathe,

To settle your mind,

Erasing thoughts,

To ease your body,

And remind your muscles you are well.

And now ask yourself,

How lovely can it get?

Let that question sink in.

Say it one more time,

How lovely can it get?

Breathe in deeper,

Say it again,

How lovely can it get?

Breathe in,

And this time exhale fully,

Before you ask yourself one more time,

How lovely can it get?

Whatever has been on your mind today,

Racing off to the worst,

Take a moment to imagine the best.

Consider that same situation,

And now find three ways it can turn out lovely.

Allow those thoughts to linger,

To dwell,

To rest.

Now,

Next time you find yourself considering the worst,

Ask yourself,

How lovely can it get?

Thank you for spending time with me.

Have an abundantly awesome day.
