Sometimes life sucks. And to move beyond it, we have to acknowledge it. Acknowledge what is bothering us, release it, and move on. During this meditation take a moment to acknowledge what sucks for you, right now. Breathe, then move on with your day.

Okay,

So this sucks.

This day,

School,

Homework,

Projects,

Your friends,

Your family,

You don't have what you want when you want it.

The answer always seems to be no.

You don't feel like you have any control.

You want to be independent.

You can do it,

If they just trust you.

Whatever it is that has you wanting to ball up your fist,

Twist up your face,

Growl at everyone around you.

Release it,

Ease your body,

Let your thoughts be still,

And be here in the moment with me.

Breathing in through your nose,

And out from your mouth.

Easy breaths in,

And slow breaths out.

Find this place of ease and relaxation.

As you go on with the rest of your day,

I hope it sucks a little less.
