How do we change the world? It starts from within. We have to change ourselves, start with those within our circle, and acknowledge that we are one. Take a moment to consider what it is you need for a good day, and what your neighbors also need.

How do we change the world?

We start with ourselves.

We start with our family.

We start with our neighbors,

With friends,

Or with coworkers.

So starting now,

Commit to change.

Commit to starting within.

Start now.

Take a deep breath and exhale.

One more time,

Release.

As you sit in a comfortable seat,

Consider the things that are important to you,

Things that make your day a good one.

You have a roof over your head,

You feel safe and secure,

You are able to feed yourself and your family,

You and your family are full of joy.

Now,

Consider your neighbor,

Do you think there's anything different?

Do they want a roof over their head?

Do they want to feel safe and secure?

They want to feed themselves and their family too.

They want joy and their family to be full of joy also.

They likely want what you want,

At the bare minimum,

Because we are one.

As you go throughout your day today,

Keep this simple acknowledgment in mind.

We are one.
