Welcome to this Trilogy Activation 555 Embodiment.
A place for stability within expansion and a nervous system recalibration.
This meditation is infused with Reiki healing energy,

I invite you to get comfortable and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Steady breath in and out.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Take a slow,
Steady breath in and exhale slowly.
Again,
Inhale and let it all go.
And let your body begin to settle.
As you do,
Allow me a moment to connect.
The energy of 555 is expansion,
But expansion can feel unfamiliar,
Even unsafe to the body.
So today we anchor safety within growth.
I invite you to bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhale for a count of four.
Exhale for a count of three.
Hold for two.
Exhale for six.
Continue this pattern for a few minutes.
In for four.
Hold.
And out for six.
Inhale for a count of four.
Exhale for six.
Hold for a count of three.
Inhale for a count of four.
Exhale for a count of three.
Hold for a count of four.
Inhale for a count of three.
Exhale for a count of four.
Now feel into your current life.
Where are things shifting?
Where are you being asked to grow?
Notice any sensations in your body.
Any tightness,
Fluttering resistance.
And now instead of pulling away,
Lean in gently.
Place your hand over that area and breathe into it.
And say,
It is safe for me to expand.
It is safe for me to hold more.
I can grow without losing myself.
Feel your body begin to trust.
Now imagine your energy field expanding outward.
Just slightly beyond your body.
Then gently pulling back in.
Expanding and returning like a pulse,
Like a rhythm.
This is how you grow.
Not all at once,
But in waves.
Let your body learn this rhythm.
Of expansion and integration.
Expansion and stability.
You are not losing control.
You're building capacity.
Stay here for several breaths.
Feeling this new sense of grounded expansion.
And when you are ready,
Return your awareness to your body.
Your breath in this present moment.
Bring some light movement into your body.
And slowly open your eyes.
You are safe in your growth.
