This is a cellular healing meditation.
Begin this meditation by finding a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Let your arms rest comfortably with your palms facing up toward the ceiling.
And we will begin with two cleansing breaths.
Draw a deep breath in through the nose,
Bringing it deep into the belly.
Let the belly soften and expand and then begin to exhale through the back of the mouth,
Fully emptying the lungs and alongside.
Let's do that once more.
Inhale through the nose.
Let the belly expand,
Then exhale through the mouth in a long,
Slow exhale as you cleanse the system.
For the rest of the meditation,
You will inhale and exhale only through the nose as you further relax the body.
If your mind wanders in the quiet moments,
Just bring your focus back to the breath,
Back to the body.
Breathing slowly and deeply until your body finds its own comfortable pace of inhalation and exhalation.
Breathe in through the nose and feel the sensation of the air as it enters your body.
Feeling the air on the nostrils,
Sensing if it feels cool or warm.
Follow your breath,
Passing the throat,
The windpipe,
The upper chest,
The lungs,
And then down into the belly.
At the top of the breath,
Start to exhale through the nose in a long,
Slow exhale,
Feeling the sensation as the air moves out of the body,
Passing the lungs,
Passing the throat,
Then the nose as it exits the body.
As you continue to slowly inhale and exhale,
Follow the rhythmic movements of the belly with each breath,
The rising of the belly on the in-breath and the falling of the belly on the out-breath.
On the next exhale,
Let the body relax even more,
Releasing with every breath.
Relax the head and the chin.
Relax the neck and the shoulders.
Relax the arms,
The elbows,
The forearms,
The wrists,
The fingers.
Relax the back,
The abdominals,
The hips,
The thighs,
The knees,
The calves,
And the ankles.
Relax the tops of the feet and the toes.
On the next exhale,
Relax the bottom of the feet,
The arches and the heels.
Focus on the center of your arches and imagine you are drawing healing energy up from the earth.
Let it rise up through the legs,
Into the pelvis,
The abdomen,
Traveling up through and around the spine,
Drawing this energy up into your heart center,
Your throat,
Up into your eyes,
Your brow,
And out through the top of the head,
Letting it cascade around the entire body like millions of sparkling champagne bubbles.
Bring another golden energy down from above.
Imagine it is washing over and through your head,
Past your sinuses,
The throat,
Down the spine,
Past the heart,
The abdomen,
Pelvis,
The hips,
The legs,
And out the feet and toes.
Let this energy blanket the body in warm,
Nourishing waves.
See these two streams of energy flowing,
One rising up to the head and one flowing down to the toes,
Circling the body and passing energetic currents that lightly pulse and vibrate.
On the next inhale,
Follow the breath into the body,
Into the lungs,
Through the walls of the lungs and traveling with the oxygen as it flows into the bloodstream,
Passing the organs,
The tissues,
The arteries,
The veins,
Capillaries,
Focusing even closer,
Traveling into the cells themselves.
Let your attention now flow into just one cell.
It doesn't matter where in the body it is,
But just move in closer,
Closer.
You are now inside the cell itself,
Floating with the oxygen,
Connecting with the body's water,
Just floating.
As you focus,
You sense a slight vibration.
It is barely perceptible,
But you notice a gentle buzzing.
It feels familiar.
It is the frequency of the vibration within your cellular structure,
With your focus and intention.
Allow the frequency of this vibration to rise,
And as this frequency rises,
The vibration becomes still,
The cell becomes still,
Calm and peaceful,
Serene.
This is the calming frequency of healing,
The natural state that all cells yearn for.
Let this calm spread from one cell to the next,
A harmonious wave.
All cells communicating,
Adjusting and balancing,
Healing.
Allow this adjustment in frequency to flow through the entire body,
Washing through the cells,
Flowing through the currents of the body,
All cells communicating in unison and in harmony.
If you have any sensations in the body,
Let your focus move there.
Perhaps you feel warmth,
Perhaps pain,
A buzzing,
Or maybe movement under the skin.
Let your focus go to that area,
And flow the energy there.
Breathe in and move the breath into that area with your imagination,
Releasing any blockages,
Balancing,
Calming,
Healing,
Releasing any resistance.
What would it feel like to communicate with the cells?
You are communicating now,
Loving yourselves and body so much that you are devoting this time to your healing.
Your cells are receptive to this loving attention,
Vibrating at a higher frequency in a loving response,
Communicating with you,
Releasing negativity,
Releasing dense,
Heavy energy,
Releasing,
Releasing in harmony with you.
Just relax for a few moments as these adjustments take place.
Gently bring your attention back to your breathing.
Breathing is the key.
Energy flowing with the breath.
Breathing,
Gently breathing.
Inhale and exhale.
Begin to draw your attention away from the cell and into a broader view.
The cells are now becoming smaller,
Off in the distance.
You are traveling with the oxygen again,
Passing through the capillaries,
The veins,
The arteries and the organs,
Traveling through the body again,
Through the lungs,
Exhaling and releasing what doesn't serve the body.
As we begin to end our meditation,
Remember this sense of calm and carry it through your day,
Knowing that you can reconnect with this calm feeling at any time by just taking a few slow breaths.
Start to bring your awareness to your toes.
Take a slight movement into the body,
Gently wiggling the toes,
Wiggling the fingers,
The wrists,
Slight movements of the head and neck,
The shoulders.
And when you are ready,
Start to slowly open the eyes,
Letting in a tiny sliver of light,
Allowing this slow adjustment to the light as you start to sense your surroundings,
The noises in the room,
The temperature,
The smells and fragrances,
Feeling the ground beneath your feet or your body.
Enjoy this awakening and when you are ready,
Fully open your eyes.
Remember the calm you feel right now.
Remember that your cells are listening and communicating.
So be kind to yourself,
Be loving to others.
And peace in the quiet moments,
Knowing that you are loved and all is well.
