Looking for more peace in your life or want to help create peace on Earth? When we combine our focused attention, we are a powerful creative collective. This session begins with engaging the Vagus nerve and Thymus gland through tapping and eye movement, stimulating parts of our nervous system that makes us feel calmer and more at peace. The remainder of the session is a guided meditation focusing on manifesting peace, in the body and throughout the planet. Together we rise, let peace be ours.

Cultivating peace in an unsettled world.

Greetings and welcome.

Before we meditate,

We will first focus on the vagus nerve.

By engaging the vagus nerve,

We stimulate the part of our nervous system that makes us feel calmer and more at peace.

So for the first part of this session,

We will begin by sitting in an upright position,

Feet on the floor.

Be gentle with this exercise,

And if you feel any discomfort,

Trust your intuition and adjust as needed.

This is meant to be gentle.

We'll start by relaxing the shoulders,

Circling your shoulders three or more times in a backward motion,

Breathing in on the lift and exhaling on the downward motion.

Imagine almost touching your shoulders to the bottom of your ears,

Loosening the neck muscles,

Slow exaggerated motions.

Very good.

Now change direction and circle forward.

Breathe in on the lift and exhale on the downward motion.

Two more times.

Last one.

Very good.

Now on your next exhale,

Bring your chin down for a gentle stretch at the back of the neck.

And inhale and look up for a gentle stretch at the front.

Exhale and relax.

Very good.

Now place your right hand on top of your head and slowly bend your head to the right.

Eyes are open and looking forward with your right ear over your right shoulder.

With your fingers,

Begin tapping your scalp.

I know it feels a little silly.

Now swivel your eyes up and to the left like you were looking at something on the ceiling to the left of you.

Breathe in and continue to gently tap your head and breathe out.

We will hold this for about 30 seconds to engage the vagus nerve while tapping and looking to the ceiling.

Remember to breathe.

Very good.

Ten,

Nine,

Eight,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Very good.

Your hand returns to your lap as you bring your head to center.

Take a deep breath and let it out.

Once more,

Breathe in and breathe out in a long,

Relaxing exhale.

Now place your left hand on the top of your head and slowly bend your head to the left.

Eyes are open and looking forward with your left ear over your left shoulder.

With your fingers,

Begin tapping your scalp again.

Still feels silly,

Huh?

Now swivel your eyes up and to the right like you were looking at something on the ceiling to the right of you.

Breathe in and continue to tap your head and breathe out.

Again,

We will hold this for about 30 seconds while tapping.

Remember to breathe.

Very good.

Ten,

Nine,

Eight,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Very good.

Your hand returns to your lap as you bring your head back to center.

Take a deep breath and let it out.

Once more,

Breathe in and let it out.

Long,

Relaxing exhale.

Close your eyes if they are still open and just sit with the body for a few moments sensing a new level of calm.

For the rest of this session,

You can continue sitting with palms up or if you feel more comfortable,

You can lie down with palms up.

Close your eyes and relax the muscles around your eyes,

Relaxing your cheekbones,

Your jaw line,

Your ears,

Your head,

And scalp.

Take a deep inhale and let the belly expand.

And now,

A long exhale through the back of the mouth as you draw the navel to the spine.

Feel your shoulders release and soften.

Release any tension in your neck,

Releasing all resistance.

Release all that does not align with the light in your body,

For you are the light being,

Radiating peace and tranquility.

On the next exhale,

Relax your upper arms,

Your elbows,

Forearms and wrists,

Your fingers.

Close your palms.

Imagine the energy centers of your palms opening to receive calming energy.

Just let it in.

Now release all tightness in your upper back,

Your mid back,

Lower back and hips.

Breathe out and release all of the tension along your spine,

From the base of your skull all the way down to your tailbone.

Relax your feet,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Calves and ankles,

The tops of your feet,

And relax the soles of your feet.

Imagine the energy centers of your feet opening and inviting in Earth's grounding energy.

With your dominant hand,

Gently tap your center breastplate,

Your sternum.

This is your high heart energy center.

Tap as you breathe in,

Intuitively searching with your fingertips,

Finding the pace and location that feels right.

If uncomfortable sensations or emotions arise,

Honor them and release them with your exhale or even tears.

Your body rejoices with this gentle communication assisting you,

Relaxing and releasing dense energy and emotions,

Opening your body to more light as it moves energy and removes blockages.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Gently transition from tapping to massaging the sternum.

With a light touch of your fingertips,

Gently trace circles now,

Using your intuition as to the direction,

Pace and pressure,

Calming the nervous system through the higher heart chakra,

Waking and activating the thymus gland.

This is an offering to your body of self-love,

Loving yourself unconditionally,

Loving your body unconditionally.

Waking your body for the journey it has taken and all of the difficulties it has met along the way,

Accepting it all in this moment,

Not needing to understand the journey.

Many lessons are not understood in this lifetime,

But everything is for our highest good.

Simply be,

Being present in your body,

Your companion in this waking dream.

Feel the peace,

Feel the peace of self-love,

Feel the peace of forgiveness,

Feel the peace of acceptance.

Feel the peace of accepting who you are on the way to who you are becoming,

For you are perfection.

You are expansive.

You are the one because you are part of the one.

You are the peace,

You are the love,

Because you are the light,

You are light in physical form.

Return your hands to your lap or your side and scan the body for any tension or discomfort.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Another long exhale,

Releasing,

Balancing,

Accepting.

Inhale and quietly affirm,

I am peace.

On the exhale,

Affirm,

I am love.

Inhale I am peace.

Inhale I am love.

Continue on your own,

Either out loud or quietly to yourself.

I am peace on the inhale.

You are a vibrational being,

A creator being.

You are powerful.

Powerful because when you are in a higher frequency of peace and love,

You are plugged into the unified field,

The quantum field of creation.

You have your singular experience as well as a collective experience.

Unity consciousness unites us.

With our energies intertwined,

We become a creator collective.

Each of us drawing from the field to fulfill our desired manifestations,

Aligning with our individual and collective blueprints.

In this now moment,

Leave behind your anger.

Leave behind your sadness.

Leave behind your fears.

Even when there is reason to be in anger,

Sadness or fear,

Leave it behind.

Unified consciousness does not exist in those frequencies.

Together we can create the world we wish to experience,

A peaceful world.

But this can only happen if we let go of lower frequencies,

Release anger,

Sadness and fear.

Place it all on a cloud that is floating away from you.

Let it go.

It is small,

Drifting.

It is almost out of sight.

It is gone now.

Feel that you are lighter.

Nothing heavy sits upon you now.

Just breathe.

In this space,

We create the world we wish to experience,

A peaceful world,

A dimension of space and time and heart centered connection.

We ascend into unity consciousness.

We are one.

We are powerful when we are in this frequency of oneness.

Breathe in,

Embody the frequency of peace.

Breathe out and let it expand.

Imagine it is a soft,

Pink energy that moves through your body,

Flowing freely,

Touching at every cell,

Embracing you in its love.

It's soft and expansive,

Intuitive and knowing,

Saturating your body and expanding beyond its edges.

Expanding out beyond your personal environment.

Expanding beyond your town or city,

Beyond your state or province.

Expanding and blanketing your country,

Your continent and now the entire world in a soft,

Nurturing pink energy,

The energy of the heart.

Let it saturate the earth,

Inner and outer,

With this frequency of peace and love.

Let it saturate our waterways and oceans,

Purifying them.

Let it saturate the air and sky,

Clearing them.

Let this soft pink high frequency energy touch every human being,

Animal and plant on the planet,

Sending love where it is needed.

This energy is all knowing and intuitive.

It knows where to go and who to strengthen,

Who to comfort.

Let it caress the lonely and let them feel love.

Let it caress the fearful and let them stand in their strength.

Let it caress the hopeless and let them feel our compassion and know that there is hope for together we rise.
