It's wonderful to be here with you today in this moment and so I invite you to take a gentle breath in and let it go.

Another breath in and another release.

And one more to support your arriving here in this moment.

Today let's set a simple soft intention that for today the food noise gets a little quieter just for today.

You don't have to carry it forever.

You don't have to figure out tomorrow.

You only need to walk gently with yourself today.

Food can be yummy and healthy.

Food can be both good for you and taste good.

Pleasure is your birthright.

You have a body capable of smelling,

Tasting,

Savoring,

What a gift.

Can you decide just for today that whatever you eat will be eaten with joy?

That every bite will be an invitation to savor?

Whatever you choose to eat,

Let the inner critic step back,

Giving you space to breathe and be.

Slow down and pause today.

When it's time to eat,

Ask yourself gently,

What is my body most needing right now?

And listen.

Your body will whisper its wisdom.

Imagine yourself moving through this day with food experienced without struggle.

Imagine the freedom,

Freedom from judgment,

Freedom from shoulds,

Freedom to let food be both nourishing and enjoyable.

Today you are guided toward enjoying food,

Toward honoring pleasure,

And toward nourishing yourself in a way that builds health,

Vitality,

And energetic lightness.

This is not restriction,

This is not perfection.

This is freedom and alignment.

Take a breath here.

Smile gently knowing that just for today,

You can choose joy,

Savoring,

And freedom with food,
