Please find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Take your seat.

Spine straight.

You may want to use a cushion to help support your hip or back.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your facial expressions.

We use a simple Nyana Mudra hand gesture to let our energy flow better.

Hands on your lap.

Palms facing up.

With your thumb,

Gently touching your index finger.

Relax your hands.

Close your eyes.

Keep breathing naturally.

Nose in,

Nose out.

Let's do grounding to maintain a sense of security with this planet.

Imagine there are roots coming out from the tip end of your spine where the root chakra is.

Extending through both legs.

Opening the bottom of your feet.

All the way down to the center of the earth.

We breathe in fresh energy from Mother Gaia.

Passing through the roots,

Our legs,

To our root chakra.

We breathe out energies that no longer serve us through our legs,

Bottom of our feet,

The tree roots,

And send them back to the center of the earth.

Now we are securely connected with Gaia.

Thank you Mother Earth for receiving these unnecessary energies.

Thank you.

Now we activate our root chakra.

Imagine there's red energy spiraling slowly in this energy point.

Continue breathing slowly.

Root chakra is the foundation of the body.

When it's well balanced,

All aspects of our life will become better.

When you exhale,

Send your love to this chakra.

Open it and let it rotate in a healthy and balanced manner.

While you are doing this breathing exercise,

You'll hear a slight bell ringing at the back.

The sound is to remind you to focus on your breathing and continue to send more love to the root chakra.

You may have thoughts flying in your mind.

It's completely fine.

Acknowledge these thoughts and let them leave quietly.

Then return to your breathing.

So let's spend a few more minutes and breathe to our root chakra.

Sit up straight.

Relax your shoulders.

Allati.

Now this delicious chaat evade.

With your breathing.

You might want to adjust your sitting posture a little bit.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your eyebrows.

The red energy is spiraling slowly in your root chakra.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Let's give it more love.

Thank you.

Open your eyes and look around.

Everything looks clean and clear.

Everything is in love with you.

After this practice,

Drink a glass of water to cleanse our body.

Remember to smile.

Namaste.
