Please settle down in a quiet,

Comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Spine straight,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your facial expressions.

We do a simple hand gesture called Nyanayamudra to help our energy flow better.

Have both hands on your lap,

Relax your hands,

Palms facing up,

With your thumb gently touching your index finger.

Close your eyes.

Breathe in and out through your nose,

Naturally.

Let's start by doing a grounded exercise to connect ourselves with the earth.

Imagine there are roots coming out of your spine,

Where the root chakra is,

Going down your legs,

Feet extending all the way to the ground,

The soil,

And into the center of the earth.

As we inhale,

We breathe in fresh air from the gaya.

This refreshing air passes through the roots,

Our legs,

And up to our entire body.

As we exhale,

We breathe out unwanted energies,

Passing through our legs,

Tree roots,

And back to the earth.

We are well connected with Mother Earth.

Thank you,

Gaya,

For receiving the energies that do not serve us anymore.

Today we open the fourth chakra,

The heart chakra,

Is in the position of our chest.

This energy center is closely related to love,

Is a very important chakra.

When the heart chakra is healthy,

We know how to be grateful,

Have compassion,

And appreciate people and things around us.

We can also accept ourselves,

Our complete whole.

The color of the heart chakra is green.

We'll do a mindfulness breathing exercise now,

And as we exhale,

Let's send love to the heart chakra.

Open it,

And help it spiral in a balanced way.

In addition,

Use your imagination and visualize that there's a green energy spinning slowly in this energy point.

During the exercise,

You'll hear a slight bell sound in the background.

This is to remind you to stay focused on your breathing,

And send more love to the heart chakra.

You may have distracting thoughts flying in your mind.

It's completely fine.

Just know they are there,

And let them pass by.

Then continue breathing.

Sit up straight,

Relax your shoulders.

Just spend a few more minutes,

And breathe into our heart chakra.

Really slowly,

Varying your mind.

You You.
