This is Day 7 of a seven-day series of Chakra Balancing Mindfulness Meditation. A simple, easy meditation to help maintain a healthy energy system within our body. When the 7 days are completed, please feel free to repeat the cycle or work on a particular chakra that you feel like. This recording contains binaural beats ~ Theta waves ~ to allow one to enter a deeper meditative state. Please put on headphones to enjoy the benefits of the audio effects.

Please find a quiet place where you feel comfortable and safe.

Be well seated.

Spine straight.

You may want to use a cushion to support your back or lean against the wall.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your eyebrows.

We do a simple hand gesture called Nyan Nya Mudra to let the energy flow better in our body.

Have both hands on your lap,

Palms facing up,

With your index finger slightly touching your thumb.

Relax your whole body.

Close your eyes.

Keep breathing in and out through your nose.

We start by doing a grounding process to allow us to feel more secured on earth.

Imagine from the tip end of your spine where the root chakra is,

There are three roots coming out,

Extending through your legs,

Opening the bottom of your feet,

Through the ground,

The soil,

All the way down to the center of the earth.

As we inhale,

We breathe in clean and fresh air from the earth,

Passing through the roots,

Our legs,

Chakras,

Up to our entire body.

As we exhale,

We breathe out unwanted energies through our legs,

Bottom of our feet,

Tree roots,

Back to the center of the earth.

Now we are well connected with Mother Gaya,

Our gratitude to Gaya for receiving our unnecessary energies.

Thank you.

Now we open our seventh chakra,

The crown chakra.

It's located above our head,

Roughly two inches above.

It's shaped like a crown,

Connecting us with the universe.

When this energy point is well balanced,

We surpass all physical needs,

We feel blissful because we know that we are one with the universe.

Our consciousness will also be raised.

The color of this energy point is purple.

Now we'll do a mindfulness breathing exercise.

Imagine there's a purple energy in our crown chakra,

Spiraling slowly.

As we exhale,

We send love to this energy center,

Open it,

And help it rotate more healthily.

You'll hear a slight bell sound at the back.

This is to remind you to focus on your breathing and deliver more love energy to the crown chakra.

There might be distracting thoughts in your mind,

That's completely fine.

Simply let them pass by,

Then return to your breathing.

Relax your shoulders,

And spend a few more minutes to breathe into the crown chakra.

Keep breathing naturally.

You may want to adjust your sitting position,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your facial expressions.

The purple energy is spinning slowly and beautifully above your head.

Add more love to it and feel the energy moving.

Speak about spiritual life,

Talk,

Listen or a face to face with your goal is important.
