Welcome to today's Morning Mindfulness for Creativity.

These sessions are a gentle invitation to start your day with purpose and clarity.

By carving out just a few minutes for mindful reflection,

You'll discover how naturally creativity can flow when you give it space to flourish.

Each day,

I'll share a reflective question for you to explore either in writing or through meditation.

So take a moment to settle in,

Perhaps with your journal or just sitting quietly,

And let's begin this reflective practice together.

Today I invite you to reflect on embracing fully your one beautiful life by considering how to cultivate focus.

Where are you able to find fullness in the now?

Where are you able to embrace fully who you are and experience a sense of focus and calm?

Which aspects of your everyday life help you to cultivate moments of calm focus?

Noticing what supports us to experience more of these moments allows us to make wise choices with our time and freezes of the things which may be distracting us from the present moment and our creative flow.

We only have one precious life and it's made up of moments.

So begin to deepen your breath and consider this question.

What do I need today to experience more moments of focus?
