Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Notice this gentle and steady flow of air in and out of your body.
Notice the abundance of air all around you and breathe freely in and out.
Now imagine yourself as an observer,
Watching your thoughts and emotions without judgement.
Just observe from a very neutral position.
Notice your reaction to triggers,
There might be sensations in your body or stories forming in your mind.
Simply observe without getting carried away.
You are the awareness that witnesses all things,
Calm and centered,
Unlike the clouds and like the weather,
Let those sensations and stories pass,
Releasing them and letting them go.
The observer doesn't hold on to things,
The observer simply watches.
Now repeat these affirmations to yourself.
I am the observer.
I am calm.
I am at peace.
Let its truth resonate within you and repeat again.
