When the mind starts to race and the body follows suit,

I invite you to stop,

Sit back,

Close your eyes,

And just breathe.

Imagine you are barefoot walking through a beautiful field.

It's perfect out,

You feel amazing,

You're grounding in the earth,

The breeze is in your hair.

You are alive.

Breathe into this feeling now.

Visualize butterflies flying past you,

Dragonflies landing on your shoulder,

And the sun sets,

And you breathe into this feeling,

And as you walk you feel a part of mother earth.

You are safe,

You are grounded,

And everything is well,

Balanced,

All your prayers are answered,

And you breathe into this feeling,

Now.

Beautiful.

Open your eyes,

And breathe,

Say it with me now,

I am here,

I am safe,

Let's end this session with three deep breaths of gratitude.

Stay grounded my friends,

Namaste.
