Thank you for joining me today.
I will guide you through this simple meditation so that you finish it feeling lighter,
Feeling seen,
And feeling empowered to be 100% your true self.
You may also find some extra peace and calm in there.
We will switch back and forth between prompts to guide your own thoughts and positive affirmations,
Which you can repeat after me,
Either out loud or to yourself.
Start by making sure you're in a comfortable position,
And take a big breath in,
And breathe out all as well.
Breathe in all as well,
And breathe out.
Let's start with a few positive I am statements.
Repeat after me.
I am here now.
I understand that there are circumstances in my life outside of my control.
But I am here now,
And all is well.
I release the feeling of darkness.
I am lighting my own path.
I can be the one who sees me.
I see my emotions.
Now take a few minutes to recognize each emotion you are feeling,
One by one.
Truly see it and love it without judgment.
It can sound like this.
I feel anxious,
And I love that.
I feel lonely,
And I love that.
I feel calm,
And I love that.
Begin with a big breath in and out.
And continue with your own thoughts for a few minutes.
I feel what,
And I love that.
Let's take a breath together in and out.
Now that we've seen our emotions,
Our hearts,
It's time to connect and align our hearts with our minds.
Let's take a moment to think of the situations,
Circumstances,
Or people that may have us feeling concerned,
Stressed,
Or worried.
State this worry in one sentence,
And then listen for your heart's response.
It could sound something like this.
I am worried about making enough money this month.
When I pause to listen,
I may hear a voice,
That is my heart,
Telling me something like,
Don't forget about that emergency fund you started.
Or you know,
You don't actually have to worry about that.
Now is our time to listen to both our minds and our hearts.
Take the time to breathe in through your mouth and let the breath permeate your heart while you breathe out again through the mouth.
Now say what is on your mind,
One sentence at a time,
And pause to listen for your heart's response.
I'll give you a few minutes to yourself.
Hopefully,
Now that you've seen your emotions,
Your heart has heard your mind's worries,
And you've released the energy that was holding them apart,
You now have some space to visualize what's next for you.
Let's take a moment to create how you want to spend your day.
Who do you want to be for the people around you?
Who do you want to be for yourself?
Let's not concern ourselves with what to do,
But rather how we are going to be.
Let's take a moment to visualize ourselves being that person today,
Embodying the qualities that we value most.
I'll start off with some I am affirmations,
And then I'll give you time to create your own.
You can repeat after me if you'd like.
I am full of grace.
I am someone who is patient and kind.
I exude lightness.
I trust myself to handle anything that comes my way.
I attract pure love.
Abundance flows easily to me.
I am a source of light.
Now take a few moments to create your own vision of how you want to show up in the world today.
I am full of grace.
Let's take one last breath together,
Breathing in and breathing out.
We will end with a few affirmations.
I am willing to be peaceful.
I am doing a really good job.
I am a light in the darkness.
I am a luminary.
