Here journeying you through this peaceful and profound meditation.
I invite you now to find a comfortable position,
Sitting or laying,
Where you can begin to close down your eyes and start to focus in on your breath,
Breathing in through your mouth,
And in through your nose,
You are doing so incredibly well,
All you need to do for the next few moments is focus on your breath and listen to the sound of my voice,
Don't worry if you drift off or feel as if you're not concentrating on my word,
Just know your subconscious mind is always listening to me,
All you need to do is breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Let's start by bringing your attention to your feet,
Feel any sensations here,
Imagine a wave of relaxation slowly spreading from your toes all the way to your heels,
Releasing any tension and breathing this out,
You are safe and all is well,
Gradually move your focus up through the body,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Your beautiful knees and your thighs,
Allow each part to relax deeply as you exhale,
With every breath,
Release,
Release and out through your mouth,
Feeling more grounded and calm with each and every exhale,
Feel your hips and lower back sinking into comfort and stillness,
Letting go of the tightness and feeling the support beneath you,
It is safe for you to be happy,
Bringing your attention now to your stomach and allowing your breath to soften any tension,
It is safe for you to let go,
Allowing your focus to raise to your chest,
Forever working for you and allow the tension to release with every breath,
Breathing in through your nose and exhaling and letting go,
Notice your arms all the way from your fingertips to your shoulders,
Let relaxation flow like water,
Washing away any tension,
Finally we focus on your neck and head,
I want you to call forth relaxation to your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your forehead,
Your neck,
Let any remaining tension melt away,
You now no longer need this,
It is safe for you to be free,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Now that your body feels this wave of relaxation and calm,
I want you to imagine yourself standing at the start of a path,
And this path leads to your perfect day,
I want you to visualize how this day begins,
What do you see,
What do you hear,

Imagine walking through your day with ease and joy,
See yourself engaging in activities that make you feel happy and fulfilled,
Have a look who is with you and what you are doing,
And you smile knowing just how powerful you are,
Feel the positive emotions of your perfect day begin to fill you up,

Now I want you to imagine yourself stepping forward into this day with confidence,
