Hello,

I am Charlotte Irvine,

The yoga and meditation teacher behind Yoga with Charlotte Studio as well as a writer on spirituality,

Natural wellness,

Exploring alternatives and mindfulness.

I'm also a healer and medium and artist.

I've been practicing yoga and meditation for about four or five years now.

I came to meditation first to heal my anxiety and depression.

I was in quite a dark space in my life and when it completely transformed my entire life and changed me as a person and healed me,

I knew I had to share this healing with others.

So my whole purpose is to help people heal.

My teaching style embodies what I'm very interested in which is natural wellness,

Mindfulness and spirituality.

My favorite thing about teaching is getting people into that complete relaxed state.

So I love teaching these kind of yoga to unwind the body,

Unwind the mind and align my body and soul.

I gained my qualification over at India through a scholarship program where I learned Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.

Although I like to embody my practice in so many different ways as I love so many styles of yoga and so I like to bring that to the table.

I believe we are always the student and teacher and whether writing blog posts,

Running workshops,

Events or speaking,

I always believe I take away something and I'm always learning whether doing attending retreats or different classes in my area.

Every morning I take time to just sit and meditate and I love rolling out my mat and getting myself practicing.

I live in a wellness orientated way which encompasses plant based,

Chemical free and less waste living.

In my spare time I love to get outside in nature to create and I help conscious businesses in the wellness industry with their creative work from social media management to marketing to graphic and web design.

And I hope to see you sometime in the future on your mat or in one of our events or classes soon.
