Find a comfortable seated posture with an upright spine.

Feel every single moment of each breath slowing down your observation and showing gratitude for every tiny action that occurs in your body.
Experience the air passing through your nostrils,

And then again observe every minute sensation as the lungs push the air back up through the throat,
Out through the nasal cavity and push back out through the nostrils.
Continue to focus on every sensation of the breath,
Continuing to breathe into the heart space.
Observe the ribs and all the muscles surrounding slightly expand.
Discover the feeling of the air cooling as it passes through your nasal chambers.
Behold the energy quivering throughout the body as you continue to breathe in life force.
Now,
As you continue to focus on the breath sensations,
Begin to see the breath as a bright green light,
As green as a luscious forest or a beautiful freshly mown lawn or the brilliant green of the Northern Lights,
Aurora Borealis.
This green breath as you continue to watch it pass through the nostrils and nasal cavity,
Fall down the throat and swim through the lungs,
Fills you up with expansion of the heart space,
Balance in your life,
Connection with others and compassion for yourself.
With each exhale,
Watch energy blockages exit the body such as loneliness,
Fear of intimacy,
Fear of relationships and grief.
This bright green light brings you life,
A radiant,
Joyful,
Generous,
Authentic and love filled life.
Life is filled with love.
Continue to focus on this bright green breath of life,
Bringing love into your inner being.
