
Your Thoughts Are Not the Problem
This is not a guided meditation, but a reflection on one of the mindfulness visualizations I return to most often. I often imagine my thoughts like clouds moving across the sky and focus on the small spaces between them. The more awareness I bring to those moments of openness, the more space I feel around my reactions, emotions, and thought patterns. In this short reflection, I talk about how this simple visualization has helped me slow down, observe my thoughts with more awareness, and feel a little less consumed by them.
