Let your eyes gently close.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And release it fully through the mouth.
Take a slow breath in through the nose,
Release it fully through the mouth.
Your breath is your anchor point.
And if you imagine that your mind is like a boat on the surface of the ocean.
And sometimes your mind is gonna.
.
.
Float around all over the place.
And sometimes the mind will be still.
And what will help you find that stillness is to come into the breath,
Come into your anchor and imagine that steady,
Calm anchor point that drops down from the boat and all the way down to the bottom of the ocean.
Your breath is your anchor.
And your mind may float around a little bit.
You can breathe back into the anchor anytime.
Be here now.
Present.
Completely and utterly here now.
Breathe in.
All the way down into your anchor point and sigh the breath out.
Breathe in deeper all the way down to your anchor point and sigh the breath out.
Breathe in all the way deep down into your anchor.
And breathe out.
Now you are grounded we are ready to call in the fire energy bring your awareness to the center of your body to the solar plexus chakra just above the navel the seat of your personal power and the place where your fire lives Notice what is the quality of the fire within you right now.
Is it burning brightly?
Warm and clear and confident.
Or has it indimmed a little by life responsibilities,
Accumulated weight of putting everyone else first?
Just notice,
No judgment.
And then visualize this beautiful full moon above you.
And she's sending her light.
Directly into this space,
Into your solar plexus.
Into the seat of your personal power.
Feel the moonlight arriving even through the walls,
Even through the clouds,
The full moon energy is never blocked by anything and it reaches you wherever you are.
It's been finding its way to us.
On full moon nights for as long as there have been humans to find.
And let it arrive now into the solar plexus,
Into the place of your fire.
And with every breath in,
Feel the fire beginning to expand steadily,
Like a fire that has been given a little bit more wood and a little bit more air.
And it begins to breathe itself back up from the embers into flames.
Breathe in,
Feel it grow.
Breathe out,
Feel the flame stabilize strong.
Breathe in,
Feel the heat growing.
And breathe out into the fire.
And even if it felt like your fire had gone out,
It was never gone.
It was just waiting for you to tend to it,
To love it and remember it.
With the fire burning brightly,
Joyfully in your center.
Bring something to the surface,
To the conscious mind.
One way that you have been making yourself smaller lately.
Maybe you've been saying yes to things that drain you because you don't want to disappoint anyone.
Maybe it's staying quiet in a conversation where really you have something important to say.
Maybe it's putting your own needs at the bottom of the list.
Because everyone else's needs seem more urgent than yours.
Maybe it's the way you apologize constantly just for having needs of your own.
So let this one thing come forward without shame.
Is I want you to hear these words now.
You did not make yourself smaller because you are weak.
You made yourself smaller because you are loving and kind and considerate and deeply attuned to the people around you.
And these are gifts.
But these gifts need a giver who is whole and illuminated and light.
And now I'm asking you to take back what you have been giving away.
To place one hand on your solar plexus.
And take a breath in deep and slow,
Right into the solar plexus and into the hand.
And on the exhale,
Sigh out,
Breathe out whatever's been sitting on top of that fire.
Again,
Breathing in.
Breathing out an obligation that isn't yours,
A guilt that doesn't belong to you.
The habit of making yourself less so others can feel more.
Breathe it upwards,
Breathe it out through the chest,
Out through the throat,
Out through the crown of the head.
And give it away.
Let it go.
Breathe in deep into your power.
Breathe out,
Releasing what has been dimming your fire.
Breathe in,
Claim your fire now.
Breathe out,
Releasing what has covered it.
One more,
Breathing into the fire and out.
Really feeling that fire burn brighter.
Now from this anchored,
Strong,
Fiery place.
What is the one thing you are ready to claim back now?
One true thing.
Let it come forward.
Don't edit it.
Don't change it.
Just let it come straight into your mind.
Don't wonder if it's too big or too selfish.
It's not too much.
You're not too much.
And hold that one thing that you are claiming back now in your awareness.
Because that part,
That thing has been waiting.
It's been waiting for permission to come up to the surface,
Not from me.
From you.
Now speak it internally or out loud.
I claim.
This back,
Whatever that is,
I claim this back.
And feel what happens in your body when you say it.
You might feel relief.
You might feel tears,
You might feel loosening.
You might feel the fire melting what has been a little bit frozen.
You might feel clarity.
Honesty.
It might feel like a window that's been jammed shut has finally opened.
Now take that claimed thing and breathe it again into the solar plexus,
Into the fire.
Real and alive inside of you.
It was time to claim you back.
Deepen the breath again,
Feel the full body.
Fire alive in the belly,
Deeply rooted and anchored,
And the crown above your head open wide to receive the light and the wisdom that you need to carry this forward.
And as you take this energy with you.
And you ever catch yourself.
Beginning to make yourself small again because we do and we will and It won't just take one practice to undo this.
You can come back to this,
Come back to the solar plexus,
Come back to the fire,
Come back to the one thing that you claimed and ask yourself,
Am I tending to this?
Am I keeping the fire lit?
Claim yourself.
And claim back what you have always known is within you.
Be proud and excited.
About this reconnection to your fire,
Your worth,
Your dharma,
Your purpose.
From my light to your light.
I see you,
I connect to you,
I honour you.
Namaste.
