Meditations by Christopher Sanderson We begin with three sounds of the bell,

Followed by the gift of the phrases.

After each set of phrases,

Which are spoken in time with our in-breath and our out-breath,

There is a period of silence where we may repeat the phrases to ourselves or where we may quietly contemplate on the phrases.

We end the meditation with one sound of the bell,

After which we dedicate the meditation to both our own well-being and to the whole of our society's well-being.

Enjoy.

Yes,

We begin with the sound of the bell.

Always enjoy the phrasing - the visualization was pretty specific but I made up my own, similar visuals to go in the silent parts. Thank you.
