**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. Listening to this talk is meditation. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without being stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

Let's inquire together to find out what is true,

What is false.

This moment,

Let's set aside everything else to stay fully at this moment,

To learn,

To observe,

To be deeply aware of what is really going on on the mind.

Without turning inward,

It is meaningless to talk about true and false.

This world is full of all kinds of facts.

Found media found all kinds of propaganda.

And these superficial facts bring about all kinds of confusion.

The facts are verbs,

Are stories,

Are all kinds of descriptions.

Some people are presenting different facts.

But we really examine whether it is true or not.

The mind always depends on an authority.

Not only the traditional authority,

But also all kinds of micro-authorities.

The verse,

The images,

The sound.

The mind is always relying,

Depending on something.

To tell the mind whether it is true or not.

Being so lazy,

The mind couldn't really find out what is true or not.

And such a life is full of confusion.

So to really meditate,

That's to understand the self deeply.

It's to find out what is true by myself,

By standing alone,

Without depending on anybody.

Thank you.
