This anxiety release and immune system booster meditation is meant to support you in times of crisis so we can, together, enhance the positive energy vibration of the planet and lead with love & hope instead of with fear & negativity. There is a short talk at the end of the meditation.

Transcript

Just arrive in the moment in your body and we won't sit stagnant for a long time,

But if you do feel like your body needs to move before you sit in this meditation and help up the energy vibration of the planet together,

But also boost your immune system and release any anxiety around the panic that is happening right now.

Just arrive in your body,

Closing your eyes,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Allow the muscles of the face to relax,

The space between the eyebrows to be created,

Your jaw to relax,

And as your awareness falls lower into the body,

Feel into the heart,

The heart beating.

How hard is your heart working?

Let's feel into the energy of the heart and allow it to drop a few beats,

To slow down just by you being present right now with your heartbeat.

You are telling it.

You are okay.

You are safe.

We are safe,

But especially you are loved in this moment right now,

Now,

Now.

Lower your awareness into the belly.

We are so used to crisping the belly and bringing it in and leaving it there,

So just relax it.

Relax the belly and feel the anchor point at your seat or if you are standing,

Feel both feet anchored into the earth.

And I'd like you to come to notice the breath,

Just the in and out of the breath.

Feel the friction of the breath as it goes into the nostrils and out through the nostrils.

Release the tongue at the bottom of the mouth and each exhale you sink deeper into the awareness of your body.

And this breath,

Let it be your reminder of your aliveness.

And as you separate the space or you make more space between the eyebrows,

Relax more and more into this breath.

I'd like you to imagine that the breath with every inhale,

You bring in a positive,

Beautiful light,

Whatever color you want this light to be.

It's very gentle and soft.

Maybe it's sparkles.

And as you inhale,

You bring that breath,

That sparkly light,

That soft,

Gentle,

Loving light into your body.

And when you exhale,

You let go of any of the fear of the anxiety of the panic.

And that can take up the color or the shape that you want.

It can be dark,

It can be flat and stagnant,

But it's not really stagnant because it's moving out of your body,

But it maybe has more of a heavy connotation.

So as you breathe in through the nose,

Fill your body with that sparkling,

Soft and gentle light.

When you exhale,

Feel a darkness,

A heaviness be released out of your body.

Keep doing that and every time you fill your body with the inhale,

It's like if that light is not only going to the lungs,

But it is spreading to the heart and down to the belly.

Every time you're exhaling,

It goes,

It's taken this fear out of the solar plexus,

Out of the belly.

And it just gets rolled out of the nose into the earth,

Down into the ground for rejuvenating and composting.

So as you breathe in the light,

Again,

It goes all the way to the limbs this time,

Down into the feet,

Into the fingers,

Up into the hair.

When you exhale,

Expulse everything that you don't need associated to any panic.

And the more and more you breathe in this light,

Feel that not only is it emanating through your whole body,

But it is going deep inside your cells.

Your cells,

If I say your cells are healthy,

My cells are healthy.

Can you feel to the depths of the cells that this breath,

That this light is accessing the cells?

Can you feel that?

Try.

It's like it's with each breath in,

The cells are sparkling with health.

And each and every cell is intelligent.

So each and every cell receives the feeling you are giving them.

So ideally we're not breathing in the light and soft,

Sparkling energy and thinking really negative pessimistic thoughts.

We are bringing in the love,

We are bringing in the healing,

We are bringing in the health.

And as you fill your body up,

You feel the chest expand and broaden and your spine grow tall and you feel the dark energy be released out of your body more and more until you arrive where there's nothing else to exhale that's negative.

Your belly is again released and you are with me right here right now.

The thoughts come and take you elsewhere,

It's okay.

Just come back to the breath.

Come back to the beaming body,

The healthy immune system that you have.

And repeat after me mentally or out loud,

I am healthy.

My cells are healthy.

I have a positive energy.

I enhance the energy of the planet.

I am positive.

Again I am healthy.

I choose loving thoughts.

I choose the thoughts that come into my mind.

And I easily choose to block out any of the pessimistic negative and harmful thoughts that do not serve me.

I am protected and my energy is protected.

As I raise my energy vibration,

The others around me raise theirs.

And just feel the radiance of the sparkling light that you sent all the way into your cells.

And feel a smile and feel the openness instead of the constriction and the darkness of fear.

You have a choice.

You have a choice.

And very gently bring your left hand to your heart and your right hand on top.

Feel into your heartbeat again.

Notice how much calmer it is.

And I'd like you to say out loud or mentally,

I love you.

And then your name.

I love you.

I love you.

Take a big breath in through the nose as you inflate the belly and the heart space.

Open the mouth,

Exhale.

Before opening the eyes,

I invite you to bring your right hand to your left shoulder and your left hand to your right shoulder and just give yourself a hug.

And swing left and right a little bit like rocking your body.

Remembering that love that you sent to yourself.

Remembering the light and the soft,

Sparkling energy that you sent to your cells.

And as you do this,

Remember that you are love.

Your energy is love.

You deserve to choose the positive,

Reassuring,

Encouraging thoughts instead of the judgmental,

Harsh and harmful thoughts.

Breathe into the love that you've created.

Breathe into the health.

Breathe into this moment that only you can control right now about how you feel.

You can control how you feel right now.

Choose it.

Last big breath in together and through the nose,

Inflate the belly,

Chest and rise the elbows and the arms up towards the ceiling and exhale.

Bring the arms down to the side.

And gently bring both hands together and rub them.

To end this meditation,

Place both hands to cover your eyes.

Releasing the shoulders,

Noticing any shapes behind the closed eyelids,

In the darkness.

And gently flutter the eyelids open and let light come in.

Beautiful.

Now this meditation,

This kind of choosing what kind of energy you bring into your body,

Choosing up until where you bring them in your body,

Down into the cells,

Deep into the cells and choosing to have loving positive affirmations towards yourself.

This you can do at any time.

It doesn't have to be only when panic has grown through the whole planet.

You can really choose when to do that.

Whenever you feel a little bit more anxious,

Whenever you feel like you need to calm down,

You have all the resources inside of you.

It's like it just comes back.

It goes around,

Comes around,
