No matter where you are or who you are,

We all see the same moon.

The moon is consistently here reminding us that each phase of light,

Of dark and of everything in between is necessary and part of something bigger.

That we are part of something greater.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

Let's begin by closing down your eyes and taking a deep inhale through the nose.

And exhale.

Becoming aware of the way gravity anchors you here to this moment.

Feeling your breath flow freely in and out.

Feeling the satisfaction of a full body as you breathe in.

And a release of energy as you breathe out.

And begin to sense this energy of the full moon as it sits above you.

Seeing its round illuminated face.

And the energy it creates by simply existing.

We are all made up of shadow and light.

Light and the shadow,

They dance together and work together.

It's a beautiful orchestrated experience.

The shadow supports the light and the light supports the shadow.

So let's refocus on our breath for a moment.

Feeling into how your inhale supports your exhale.

And begin to intentionally let go of any ideas you've had today.

Or intentions coming into this practice.

And here you are.

You are here and only here.

So I want you to just let anything else go.

You don't have to be a parent or a friend,

A partner or anything to anyone.

You just get to be here.

So take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

I want you to envision yourself standing in front of the full moon.

Maybe you find yourself standing on a beach.

Or out in an open field.

And as you look up and gaze into the soft illumination of her face.

I want you to bring to your mind and reflect on one or some of the good things that you have experienced over the last 12 month cycle.

Remembering where you were this month last year.

And any big wins that stand out to you.

Maybe it's multiple things.

People or experiences.

As you recognize just how far you have come in a year.

Feel into the joy,

The appreciation,

The excitement.

Giving gratitude.

Gratitude for yourself for giving it an opportunity to grow and expand.

Gratitude to the universe for bringing it to you.

We are all made up of shadow and light.

And this is the light.

And now I want you to take another deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Begin to remember some of the harder lessons you've had to learn over the same year.

Whatever feels right and comes easily to you.

You don't have to overthink it,

But I want you to just begin to see a new scene in front of you.

One that shows you some of the more difficult moments from the year.

Some of the challenges.

Or maybe they are habits or projects or people.

And just allow any emotion to come up with that.

So maybe there's frustration or anger.

Sadness or confusion.

Just let the emotion move through the body with the breath.

Just recognize that it's there.

And as you experience this memory again,

I want you to start to see yourself saying goodbye.

To this person,

This project,

Or this experience.

Whatever it was to you.

It's time to let it go.

To say thank you for the lesson within the shadow.

And as you take another deep breath in,

You can feel peace beginning to flow into you.

And you are willing to let go of this connection on the exhale.

Your journey with this has come to completion.

And as you start to watch all of this disappear again and fade into darkness,

Begin to see yourself standing there as the illuminated full moon comes back into your focus.

And feel yourself comforted by her light.

Feeling the environment the fullness of the moon creates.

As it brings you new opportunities and expansion.

You learned something this year.

Each and every one of the moon's cycles between light and dark brought you clarity on what is working for you and what no longer does.

Feel how the fullness of the moon brings you expansion and abundance.

And I want you to begin to see something else she is giving you this month.

As you start to see yourself one more time.

This time next year.

As she propels you 12 months into the future.

As you see how happy you are.

How healthy you are.

How abundant your life is.

Can you see what you are doing?

Can you see where you are?

Each month the moon cycles teach us that if you are willing to let go and leave behind everything you no longer wish to carry with you,

There is space for new light.

So I want you to feel into that expansion and feel into the opportunities ahead of you.

Feel into those deeper connections of love,

Intimacy,

Trust.

Feel into financial independence,

Creative expression,

Speaking up for yourself,

Having boundaries.

The moon cycles are here to remind us all of our connection to the necessary cycles of light and dark.

I invite you now to release anything you're ready to let go of into the light of the moon.

So that she can take it with her when she returns to her darkness.

Take a final deep breath in as you listen for any last words or messages meant for you to hear right now.

For you being here I send you so much gratitude and support.

It's not easy to look at yourself in a mirror and that's exactly what this is.

Tonight you are willing to look into the mirror of the moon and the world will be a better place because of it.

So I thank you for joining me.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes and come back to the space around you.

Wow, this was so beautiful and powerful! I was just looking at the moon last night noticing how vibrant it was. The energy it sends out does have such an impact on us. As I looked back to where I was a year ago so much has taken place in my life. Physically I’m not where I was, but many of my goals have been met. I can see the end and a shift starting to happen. Going forward my physical activity will be able to return. Which will help impact my health as well. Thank you for always having such a positive outlook it really does keep me on track to be more centered and focused. 🙏🏻💕
