Anytime you thought there was no way you were going to get past this one,

You did.

You have managed to get through it all and to get to this point right now.

Everything's going to be okay.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

Close down your eyes and take a nice deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.

Nice deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.

And just take these next few moments to breathe into your body.

To be present with whatever you are thinking or sensing or feeling.

Releasing any judgment or expectation of how you are supposed to be during a meditation.

Welcoming whatever is present with compassion.

Welcoming it all with a hello.

Welcome your feelings,

Whatever they may be.

Continuing to breathe softly and gently.

Feeling the air as it goes into your nose,

Your chest,

Your lower belly.

Deeper and relaxing just a little bit more with every breath cycle.

As your body continues to work for you in ways that you can't even see.

I want you to bring to focus what your life looked like this time last year.

Start to see and remember moments.

Remembering where you were one year ago today.

Where were you one year ago?

Was there something you were working on or working toward?

Was it all easy?

Were you facing any challenges or hard times?

Were you feeling confident?

Or were there any traces of self-doubt?

Look at everything you were doing.

Look at how different you are.

Look at everything you have created because you kept going.

Look at how far you have come.

Look at all of those things that you managed to get through.

Look at how you've changed.

How things have changed around you because you have changed.

There will always be a next level of life to reach for as long as you are living.

That is the human experience and that is you experiencing it.

One year ago,

You dreamed you would be where you are today.

And that doesn't mean that it should look exactly like you thought it would.

Or that everything finally feels just right.

Desire is supposed to feel this way.

Because it keeps you propelling in forward motion and it helps you evolve and grow.

And desire also helps you turn your thoughts and your ideas into your reality.

It helps you call it all in.

The next time self-doubt starts to creep back in,

And it will,

And you are feeling like you are falling behind or it's falling apart,

I want you to place your hand on your heart and quietly say to yourself,

No,

Life will continue to change and evolve and so will you.

Just like you did over this last year.

You can change.

You can do this.

And everything is going to be okay.
