It doesn't take long to feel more centered and grounded through meditation.

Find yourself in a quiet place where you feel at peace and face your palms upward so your body and mind are open to receive and once you feel centered,
Take your first deep inhale in,
Feeling the lower belly fill with air as you pause for just a moment and as you exhale,
Welcome a softening,
Inhaling as the air opens and expands through you,
And exhale releasing it completely,
Inhale and exhale.
Gratitude is an essential part of any meditation practice.
It creates space for change in your world outside of yourself.
And today,
I am grateful for you.
I want to tell you,
Whoever you are,
That even on your hardest days,
You are so much stronger than you are giving yourself credit for.
You are so much more incredible than you have ever realized.
Some people are just light,
They glow with hope and the brightness radiates through them.
And that,
My friend,
Is you.
You are a human star,
You are pure and you make the lives of all the people around you better.
Just by being you.
Spend the next 30 seconds soaking in this truth deep into your soul,
Seeing this light flood through your entire body now and shining in your mind.
It's yours to bring with you always.
Take it with you today and you will see what I mean.
As this day unfolds for you and you glance around you as you see the visible impact of another star from the sun and how its incandescence produces daylight.
You will know and be reminded that you carry that same powerful light inside of you.
You are a human star.
You are luminous and stellar and I'm so proud of you.
