This is your life,
Are you heading in the right direction?
Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.
Take a deep breath in and relax your shoulders and clench your jaw.
Relax your brows and close your eyes as you encourage your body to soften and to settle in.
Breathing in slowly,
Breathing out slowly.
Slowly taking your time,
With your body settled,
Bring to mind a picture of yourself living your happiest life,
Living to your highest potential,
Surrounded by everything you have ever wanted or wished for,
And notice what surrounds you,
Notice who surrounds you.
Start to see in detail what it is you have,
Recognizing your environment and where you are,
And also notice what you no longer need,
Feeling into what you bravely left behind to get to this place of peace.
Take a deep breath in as you fill in the details,
Noticing anything your highest self wants you to see,
And with another deep breath in and out,
Begin to shift your mindset and come back to the present moment in your life today.
I want you to ask yourself,
Is the life you are living now leading you to the life you are just imagining for yourself?
And if your answer is no,
What could you start to do differently?
You can do anything.
You can be anything.
All you have to do is decide to line up with whatever it is you want,
And to keep taking steps toward it.
Take a deep breath in,
Breathing in the possibilities and the future you've created,
And exhale as you allow your eyes to open.
This is your life.
