Entering the top of your head and flowing through your body.
With each inhale,
It travels further down into your neck and shoulders,
Releasing any tightness.
Breathe out and let go of anything that feels heavy or overwhelming.
With each breath,
The light moves down your arms,
Through your chest and into your belly.
Filling you with a deep sense of calm and ease.
Imagine it reaching down into your legs and feet,
Grounding you with a sense of stability and strength.
Now this calming light fills your entire body.
Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.

I am grounded and centered.
I am capable of handling any challenge with ease.
Continue to breathe deeply and slowly.
With each affirmation,
