My name is Ben Holt and this breathwork production is brought to you by Awaken Breath in collaboration with Breathwork Beats.
In this breathwork practice today we are going to be breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
You'll be following my lead and we'll change rhythms from time to time,
But for now let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up the belly,
Chest and head.
And sigh the breath out,
Beautiful.
Let's take another deep breath in and sigh it out,
Beautiful.
And we're ready to begin,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in 3,
2,
1.
Out.
Out.
Inhaling all the way,
Letting it go.
Keep going.
Last deep breath in and let it go.
Hold the breath.
Feel the energy in your body.
Push past any limits.
Take a deep breath in through the nose in 3,

1.
Filling up all the way,
Belly,
Chest and head.
Hold the breath.
Soften your throat,
Relax your jaw and pull your shoulders back away from the ears.
Take a little more breath in.
Release the breath.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out.
And now it's time to begin our second round.

Letting it go.

And sighing the breath out.
Holding your breath.
Feel the energy running through you.
Feel the pulsation of the music.
Be still.
Feel the rhythm.
Feel the frequency.
And the sound of nature.
Ready to take a deep breath in through the nose.

Filling up all the way.
The belly,
Chest,
And head.
Pulling the shoulders back.
Softening the throat and jaw.
Feel your power.
Through your heartbeat.
Stay with this breath hold.
Feel the frequency of the words.
Now take a little bit more breath in.
