It is also a very powerful meditation for bringing the meditator out of their head and into their heart in a powerful way. This allows the meditator to come into a state of peace and respond to their environment with feelings and the body instead of the thinking mind. This creates a profound amount of energy and power within the individual.

Hello and welcome to this guided breathing meditation.

In this meditation we are going to utilize the power of visualization,

The power of the breath and the power of our hearts.

We are going to be visualizing as we breathe deeply into the belly,

Chest and head through the nose a beautiful green color.

This green color is an energy,

The energy of the heart chakra,

The energy of love,

The energy of connection,

Abundance,

Feeling,

Impurity.

We are going to be utilizing this energy with our breath in order to open the heart space to come into alignment with our feelings so that we can be heart led and instead of being led by our thoughts we are going to be led by our feelings,

Led by our intuition,

The language of our original and true nature,

The language of the gods.

To begin we will take a nice deep breath through the nose filling up the belly,

Chest and head.

Deep breath in.

Holding it at the top and sighing it out.

One more just like that.

Beautiful.

To take it a step further we are going to imagine this beautiful green energy,

The energy of love and connection swirling into our heart space.

So coming in through the nose as you inhale,

Swirling into the heart space and exhaling also through the nose.

The green energy is going to push through our heart space,

Push through our chest,

Opening our hearts.

You can visualize a lotus opening,

A beautiful green energy center,

The heart chakra opening becoming more expanded and more powerful.

So with every breath as we breathe in,

Allow the energy to swirl coming in through the nose,

Swirling into the heart space and exhale.

Pushing the energy through the heart space,

Opening the heart more and more with each and every exhale.

Tread with me,

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Exhaling through the nose,

Pushing the energy out.

Feeling the heart space open more and more with each breath.

Follow my breath.

Deep inhale.

Hold.

And let it go.

Pushing the green energy through the heart space.

Deep inhale,

Breathing in the green connection,

Loving energy,

Swirling at the heart space in the chest,

Holding it.

Pushing the green energy through the heart space,

Feeling the heart open more and more.

Exhale.

Allowing any thoughts of people you love,

Things you love to do,

Places you love to be,

Allowing them to be present and connected with your breath,

Feeling fully with each breath.

Deep inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

And let it go.

Allowing any thoughts of people you love to be,

Feeling fully with each breath,

Feeling fully with each breath.

Allowing any thoughts of people you love to be,

Feeling fully with each breath.

Inhaling the green energy of love and connection.

Perfect.

Inhaling all the way to the top.

Allowing the energy of love to flow through you effortlessly with each breath.

Pushing the green energy through the heart space.

Allowing any thoughts of people you love to be,

Feeling fully with each breath.

Allowing any thoughts of people you love to be,

Feeling fully with each breath.

Allowing any thoughts of people you love to be,

Feeling fully with each breath.
