And taking a deep inhale and a releasing exhale feeling the ground beneath your body becoming aware of your senses allowing yourself to drop into your body and into presence connecting with your breath gently flowing in and out and from the safety of your breath,
Your anchor and connecting with your inner child your inner child that lives within and just allowing yourself to feel that essence of your inner child and noticing any emotions or any feelings that are arising within your body allowing whatever emotions have arisen to just be there and reminding yourself to release the need to label or judge any emotions that are present bring love and compassion to all that is there perhaps it is a difficult part of you a part that perhaps challenges you or perhaps a conditioned part or a reactive part and offering those parts the same love and compassion that you weren't the other parts of you that are perhaps easier just offering them a loving intention and awareness allowing them space to flow and noticing any sensations that come up in the body that may correspond with the emotion sensations inside the body sensations outside the body you may feel lots of sensation or perhaps nothing at all and that is okay just holding space for whatever is present for you in a gentle loving compassion awareness and sensations of your inner child and telling them your inner child that you are safe now you are safe in your body I am here now and in your mind's eye visualising your inner child visualising yourself now walking over to them and sitting down next to them and perhaps putting your arm around them if that feels okay just simply letting them know you are there to support them now they can trust you you are here now perhaps offering your inner child any words that they might need to hear in this moment from you I love you you're not alone you are safe in your body thanking your inner child for sharing this moment with you thanking yourself knowing you can come back to this moment at any time and offer any support that is needed for yourself and taking a deep inhale and releasing out of the mouth and gently bringing your awareness back into your body and in your own time when you are ready gently blinking open your eyes
