And coming into your comfortable and warm meditation position and allowing yourself to sink into the air and dropping your awareness into your body awareness moving from mind into the body like a pebble dropping into water and becoming aware of the position you are in becoming aware of where you are placed in the space you are in and awareness from your head to your toes bringing your whole beautiful awareness to your heart center and allowing yourself to feel your breath gently flowing in and out the gentle contraction and expansion expanding outwards on the inhale and the exhale the intelligence of your breath gently flowing in and out in and out to its own intelligence and rhythm and becoming the breath as it flows in and out just like the gentle ocean waves lapping at the shoreline in and out the rhythm of nature and the rhythm of the shoreline gently flowing in and out in each and every moment always flowing always in rhythm and allowing your awareness to gently expand outward noticing the sensations in your body your body that is also an ocean made up of water always flowing always changing all the subtle energy exchanges the physiological changes that are happening in each and every moment no two moments in your ocean whatever the same and just like the changing tides in the sea and allowing whatever is felt in your body whatever sensations are there to just be just noticing releasing the urge to label anything as pleasant or unpleasant and holding what is there in a gentle loving awareness noticing any changes in the tide or any emotions that may come up and be felt through your body allowing space for them to just simply be held in a gentle and loving awareness held in your presence when we dam a stream we can get swept away by giving yourself space for the water to flow emotions and feelings naturally flow and pass through the body and knowing like the weather mind and thoughts can influence the surface of the water and the surface of your ocean may become droppy but knowing that like the weather and thoughts whatever can arise can also pass through the water weather always changes and calmness always returns so you might like to place a hand on your belly or your heart space and being with your body of ocean for a few moments in stillness feeling the gentle laughing of your breath flowing in and out under your hand and allowing space for whatever arises so so and from the safety of your heart space you might like to offer yourself some words that you need to hear right now i love you i am here now here now i am listening When you are ready,

Inviting any movement back into your body that you might need,

Then knowing you can be in the safety of your heart space and hold your emotions and awareness any time you need and in your own time gently arising from your meditation.

Namaste.
