My name is Cori.
This meditation is all about cleansing,
Purifying,
Relaxing your body in a very simple visual way by using your breath and your inner sight to achieve your own cleansing method when you feel like you need to let go of some energy.
If you could take a comfortable seated position,
Whatever feels right for you,
Just make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Relax your shoulders down away from your ears and close down your eyes.
For the next few moments,
Just focus on your regular breathing pattern,
Whatever it is that you're breathing like,
Don't try and change it.
Just follow your breath.
Feel the inhales and the exhales.
Notice any subtle movements in your body that your breath is creating.
Start to mindfully slow down your breathing.
Take longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths.
Feel your body starting to relax a little bit more when you change your breathing.
Let your jaw relax.
Soften the muscles in your face.
Even though you have your eyes closed,
Starting to use your inner sight and your imagination.
Imagine that you have a big white ball of light there in front of your face.
The light could be a cloud,
A ball,
A balloon,
Whatever you want to envision it as.
Just imagine a big white ball of light.
Brilliant white light.
When you breathe in through your nose,
Intentionally feel as if you're breathing this light into your nose,
Pulling it in with your breath,
Pulling it into your face.
Imagine in your mind that as you pull the breath in on every inhale,
It starts to swirl into different parts of your face,
Around your eyes.
See it traveling across your forehead like a slow,
Gentle mist or a fog that's flowing through your face and inside of your head.
And everything that this white light that you're breathing in touches,
Relaxes.
It also cleanses and purifies everything it comes in contact with.
Imagine it softening your cheeks,
Relaxing your jaw,
Taking any tension out of your scalp.
See it in your mind as a magic light starting to cleanse,
Clean out anything that doesn't serve you as it comes into contact with it inside of your body.
On your exhales,
You can imagine that this light has done its magic and as you breathe out through your nose,
You're expelling a grey or black or blue light,
Indicating that your exhale is releasing everything that no longer serves you.
Imagine that you're releasing unwanted thoughts,
Emotions,
Energy,
Discomfort in the body,
Whatever it is that you need to let go of.
Let the light move naturally through your body.
See it going down into your neck,
Down into your throat.
Pull the light in down into your shoulders and your chest with your breath.
Allow it to release any tension that you might have in the back of your neck and across your shoulders.
Breathe the light into your arms,
Down your upper arms,
Down into your elbows.
Pull it down into your forearms.
Breathe out anything that doesn't serve you.
Pull it down into your hands,
All the way to the tips of your fingers.
Take a nice relaxing breath and bring the white light down into your abdomen.
Let it relax and cleanse and purify any energy or tension that might be in your stomach.
On your next inhale,
Bring it down into your hips,
Your lower back.
Breathe down into your legs.
Pull it into your upper legs.
Let it relax the muscles there.
See it moving into your knees,
Down into your cough muscles and your lower legs.
Breathe it all the way down into your feet,
To the tips of your toes.
See in your mind that your whole entire body is now this brilliant,
White light.
It's in your cells,
Your bones,
Your muscles.
Your entire being is vibrating with this light.
You could probably feel it in the tips of your fingers.
There's no space for the dark,
Black,
Blue or gray anymore.
Every single aspect of you is covered,
Drenched in the white,
Cleansing,
Purifying light.
Enjoy the sensation of feeling more open,
Lighter,
Expansive in your body.
Enjoy this light feeling.
And so it is.
