Make sure that you're sat in a comfortable position or you're laid down in bed at the end of the day to listen to your meditation,
To this hypnosis script.
Make sure that your body is all comfortable,
So adjust your shoulders down away from your ears so that your shoulders are nice and heavy and relaxed.
If you're laying down,
Preferably lay on your back,
Move your arms away from your body to give them some space and let your feet fall so that they can relax open.
Close your eyes if you haven't done so already and start to just relax by following your breathing.
Following your breathing literally means feel your breath.
So notice what it feels like when you breathe in all the different sensations and feelings inside of your body and notice what it feels like when you exhale.
See if you can slow your breathing down for me,
So take longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths as if you're breathing all the way down into your tummy.
Try and make your breathing a very smooth pace,
Equal lengths as you breathe in and equal lengths as you breathe out.
Starting to calm down your mind and relax your body.
As your body relaxes and your mind stops thinking so much,
Stops trying to control everything so much,
I'd like you to start to imagine that you're opening your mind as if your mind is like a treasure chest with all different jewels and stones and valuable items inside.
See your mind like that and imagine that today,
Right now in this moment,
We're going to change what's inside of the treasure chest,
The jewels and the stones and everything else representing your thoughts.
We're going to change some of those thoughts.
Make sure that your body is nice and relaxed and your mind is open and ready to receive and change and start a new way of being.
The wisdom that I'm going to share with you is wisdom that will help to change your mind and your body.
You can repeat the statements out loud with me if you want to or you can just simply lay or sit and be comfortable and absorb the change going on inside of your mind.
Just allow it to come in and do its magic.
