And it looks like I have good feedback from the couple past talks that I've had,
And I just enjoy sharing with you the experience of life that can help brothers and sisters live a more quality of life.
Today our topic is dealing with toxicity at work.
Dealing with ego at work.
Dealing with the things that make us say,
Thank god it's Friday so I can leave my damn work.
Today we're going to talk about why there's toxicity at work,
How to deal with it,
And what is the solution to experiencing more harmonious time at your job with potentially the people you may not get along with,
People you may have drama with at work.
If I told you that it's possible to completely enjoy your job without having to change it,
The best that you can of course.
You know the job that you have may not be your dream job,
But you can enjoy it and the people that's there.
And today we're going to talk about that.
So when we're at work,
There are many people who we get along with,
And there are few people that may press our buttons,
Especially people like our manager,
Our supervisor,
Our boss,
Maybe that one guy who gives you the ugly eye,
Or maybe that one lady who keeps gossiping behind your back.
And whenever you're feeling like this at work,
It is not a good sign for your wellness,
Because it's a sign of low quality life when you're at work and you're feeling a lot of drama,
A lot of gossip,
A lot of unfulfillingness,
And you can't change your job.
Or every time you change the job,
It keeps showing up again.
You change cities and you're still experiencing this thing called negative people,
Negative experiences and situations.
Because when you keep experiencing this,
It affects your overall wellness.
It's not healthy for your mental health to be around people who you feel gossip about you or is gossiping about you.
It's not healthy to be in an environment where there's a high level of drama because it's more stress to deal with.
You just want to be happy,
But we forget how to,
That we get sometimes drawn into this big ego game,
People talking crap,
People taking sides at work.
This is going on way too much and the cosmos,
The universe told cosmic today,
Let them know how the system works so that they can enjoy a more harmonious environment or harmonize the environment.
We'll show you how.
So the problems at work,
Drama,
Disagreements,
Disputes,
Fight,
Yelling at each other,
Doing things that piss each other off,
And it just makes the environment so toxic.
And then you take sides,
You look for people,
Are you on my side or their side?
Are you with the manager or with me?
Are you with me or the lazy people?
Are you with the hard working people or the lazy ones?
And I want to let you know that winning does not always lead to happiness and harmony.
That being right does not always lead to joy.
Because what's the root cause of all this?
Ego.
We get caught up in our ego that we don't learn to let things go.
We don't learn to forgive.
We lack this thing called compassion,
Understanding,
Patience.
And here's the bottom line.
Not all bosses know how to be a good leader.
Not all employees have compassion.
Because a lot of people treat their job too much like an employee.
Instead of serving humanity,
Instead of being a good human being,
Because maybe we feel unfulfilled at our jobs,
We just want to get it over with and leave.
We don't want to do it with love.
That's why we lack the patience,
We lack the compassion.
That everyone is a potential leader,
But instead we have our ego and act like a boss.
We may not be the manager or the boss of the job,
But we act like,
No,
Don't mess with me.
Because we're caught up in our ego that we forget how to be happy.
We forget happiness as priority.
We just see it as a job and we don't do it with love.
And when you're doing your job without love,
That's very robotic life.
That's a very robotic opportunity.
Instead of turning it into a cosmic opportunity to see what lessons you can learn from work,
We just do our damn job and leave.
Then go escape after work,
Drink some alcohol,
Smoke some weed,
Watch some Netflix so we can forget that our job is tiring and lacks teamwork and lacks whatever.
Instead of stepping up to be a compassionate leader,
We just want to get it over with and leave our job because of the lack of compassion,
The lack of patience and understanding stemming from the ego.
Now,
It's such a huge lesson,
This ego thing,
Because the ego hates being wrong.
The ego does not want to forgive.
The ego just wants to be right.
The ego often forgets compassion,
Forgets love,
Forgets that at the end of the day we all just want to be happy.
That we all just want to get along.
That we have differences and we have to find a way to harmonize with each other if we want to live a more harmonious life.
Most people forget all that crap because their ego says,
I am right,
They did me wrong,
They talk crap about me and they keep the fighting.
They believe in separation more than harmony because that's what the ego does.
When you lead a company as a boss,
Get things done,
Do this and that,
You point the finger but you miss the guidance,
You miss the leadership,
You miss the compassion.
Even if you're not a boss,
You're an employee,
You can be an employee who does their best and you can be a leader without needing the title.
People will respect you,
People will look up to you,
People come to you.
You harmonize situations because you're looking to be more than just an employee,
You're looking to be a leader of humanity.
That's something that may not pay in the beginning but it makes people's lives better.
It's an amazing tool that's hard to teach because it requires so much patience that most people may not have and that's why we have unfulfilling experiences at work where we fight.
It's a very low vibration to fight,
To argue but surprisingly,
The answer is already inside of you.
That the compassion,
The leadership quality,
The patience,
The humility,
The joy that the work environment is missing is ready to manifest through you,
Is ready to be expressed through your action.
While everybody is choosing sides and negative and judging and all this,
What if instead of trying to fix people,
Instead of trying to change people,
What if we became the change we wish to see in the world?
From Mahatma Gandhi,
Right?
What if instead of hating people back,
Instead of gossiping back at people who gossip at you,
What if you just say it's okay,
They don't know better than to gossip?
To focus on the solution of having loving communication,
Straightforward communication,
Harmonious communication,
Listening,
Most people who gossip is because they just want to talk at each other because they don't want to listen.
If you want the other side to listen,
You must listen with love first.
You must have patience or else it won't harmonize because when you gossip,
You have negative fire.
Negative fire is like the yang,
Unhealthy yang.
How do you balance fire?
With positive water,
Calm,
Patience and loving.
When you calm,
Patience,
Loving and understanding all the negative ego judgment,
It makes them feel uneasy at first but then they start to soften and you blend in and turn this situation which was just negative fire and negative fire throwing at each other.
You're blowing a flame thrower,
You come with this gentle,
Cool water that they don't expect but it requires you to be the change,
To be the love,
To be the harmony.
Because if we complain about others complaining,
We're adding more fire.
If we're yelling at other people yelling at us,
If we worry with the rest of the team,
Is that going to change the outcome?
No,
We all just keep worrying.
But if the whole team is worrying and you choose to be calm and have hope and have faith and believe in the solution,
One person can light the compassionate candle in the rest of the team's heart.
That one compassionate being could change the environment totally and that person could be you,
The change.
If you want to harmonize with fire,
We have to be like water.
A little bit of brother Bruce Lee,
Right?
Be like water.
When we do this,
The ego dissolves.
That when people come and you see them sad,
You bring a little positive fire.
When you see somebody sad at work,
Maybe you know they're going through some domestic abuse.
You bring them hope.
You bring them positive fire.
But you don't force it.
It's okay.
I'm here for you and everything's going to be fine.
When we have drama at work,
We speak out.
I don't know why you guys are arguing,
But right now,
We forget that both of our sides,
Both people,
We just want to be happy.
Let's find a way to agree and love because we just want to be happy.
We have to stand up sometimes.
We have to stand up with positive fire and sometimes we need positive water.
It's more calm.
Positive fire is like inspiration,
Faith,
Hope,
People standing up for the truth.
That is positive fire.
When it's tough,
You stand in the light of love.
But when everyone is in their heads negative,
You are in the stillness of the cosmic waters that cools down all this ego.
How do you deal with the poisonous toxic energy at work?
You become the remedy.
You watch the ego that the root of all this toxicity is people just wanting to be right and not willing to recognize that human beings,
We just want to be happy.
We just want to feel love.
We forget that it's possible at work because everyone decides,
Nope,
That's their side,
Our side.
This is the people in the back side,
The front side.
This is the management and we are the employees.
But instead,
What if we get rid of that whole game and work from love and believe in love and believe in being the change we wish to see in the world and not just seeing I am employee,
Seeing that I am the servant of the cosmo,
The servant of God,
The servant of the Buddha,
The servant of the Christ consciousness,
The servant of the Krishna consciousness,
The Bob Marley consciousness,
The universal consciousness.
It's all the same thing.
That's why Mr.
Bob Marley tells us,
Get up,
Stand up,
Stand up for your right.
Get up,
Stand up,
Don't give up the fight.
It's not fighting with fists.
It's stand up for harmony.
It's being the humility in a fire of drama.
And today I hope you learn a little bit of how to deal with toxicity at work.
And remember,
If you don't learn that this roots from the ego,
No matter where you go,
This issue of ego will pop up because it's in your head.
The ego is all of us being our heads,
But to represent the cosmos to be a loving being requires us living from the heart,
But still using wisdom,
Not just airy,
Positive vibes only stuff.
We have to use wisdom to use our mind and not let our mind,
Our ego use us.
When we use our mind,
We do it with love.
We use loving fire and loving water when many people are using toxic fire and toxic water,
Which is passive aggressiveness.
