
Harmonic Coherence
Come into harmony with our highest collective expression, in this guided meditation where we establish coherence with our hearts, our higher selves, our communities, mother earth, and the entire living universe.
Transcript
Welcome to this guided meditation where we will be joining together energetically and working to build coherence not only with our own truest nature but with all of humanity,
Our Mother Earth,
And the entire living universe.
Please come to find a comfortable position seated or lying down,
Ensuring your spine is straight.
Wiggle out any tensions which may be present.
Feel free to stretch or twist.
Anything you can do to help release your body's tensions or tightnesses,
Do it now.
Really lengthen your spine and lift your heart,
Feeling an openness in your chest.
Leave your palms resting face up on your lap or the floor beside you,
And whenever you feel ready,
Let your eyes fall closed.
Take a deep breath in now.
Feel yourself all the way up.
Hold the breath,
Squeeze in your chest and your back muscles,
Feel the energy moving up from your root through your spine.
Hold just a little longer and release with a sigh.
We'll do one more big breath like this,
And so inhale deeply,
Fully,
Hold the breath,
Squeeze in all the muscles around your spine,
And release.
Now allow your breath to fall into a comfortable rhythm.
Breathe in gently through your nose and release your breath slowly,
Allowing the outbreaths to linger.
Change your own rhythm here,
Noticing your body beginning to relax as you breathe steadily and restoratively.
We'll now begin to scan our bodies,
And so really pay attention to how your muscles feel,
How the energy within you feels as we direct our awareness throughout our bodies.
Starting at the crown of your head,
Focus on whatever sensations you find there.
Let your awareness drift downward into the muscles of your face and relax any tension you find.
Keep present with our investigation into your body's current state as we drift downward through the muscles in our necks.
Feel your shoulders releasing any tightness while making sure to retain your open chest.
Scan through your back,
Noticing any places you may be storing tension.
If you notice a knot or a tightness within a grouping of muscles,
Stop there for a moment.
Allow yourself to breathe into that space and feel your body easing.
Open your chest and your stomach,
Relaxing further as you go.
Allow your focus to drift down into your hips and the base of your spine.
Feel a relaxing wave of energy flow down into your legs,
Again noticing any tightness you're holding there and allowing yourself to stop and breathe into anything you may find.
Finally,
That wave of comfort reaches your ankles and feet.
Now I want you to feel your body as a whole,
As if you were your own skin,
And feel everything relax.
Feel your body drifting away into comfort.
This may come as we allow our bodies to relax here.
Just let them pass.
Don't push them away.
Don't expend any effort studying them.
Choose to not identify with them.
Choose to pay them no mind.
And watch them drift away.
Just continue to gently bring your attention back to my voice and the rhythms of your own breath.
Having allowed the sensations of our bodies and the thoughts in our heads to drift away from us,
We now return to our intentions of becoming more coherent as individuals,
As a community,
And as an entire universe.
Know that even if you're not doing this practice with a group,
You are doing it with me,
And we are connecting with all others who have or will ever do this meditation.
We are connecting with ourselves,
Each other,
And every bit of the magnificent conscious universe.
I want you to see yourself now,
Not as you exist on this earthly plane,
But as the highest expression of your inner being,
Your enlightened,
Eternal self.
See that this version of yourself is completely unburdened by the stresses of our polarizing physical reality,
Existing in a state of pure contentment and oneness with creation.
Feel the lightness of their energy.
Notice how they feel.
Notice what's different.
And now,
I want you to imagine yourself in a seamless white room,
Sitting directly across from this higher self,
And allow yourself to connect with them energetically.
Consciously create a connection from your heart to theirs.
You might see a beam of energy tethering between your hearts,
Or you might just feel the connection.
Either way,
It's perfect.
We'll stay here for two minutes as we synchronize with this version of our self.
All we need to do is keep our minds focused on the gentle rhythms of our own breathing,
Keeping our hearts open,
Knowing we are safe,
Knowing we deserve this,
And allowing it to happen.
Open.
Feeling now a synchronicity with our own hearts and our higher selves,
Let us now shift our intentions to building coherence with our community.
This is your family,
Your friends,
Your pets,
Even your co-workers and acquaintances.
These are the other individual beings we spend our lives with.
See yourself surrounded by this great group of family and friends in the same seamless white space,
Bright white light surrounding us all.
And notice how everyone is smiling.
Notice how everyone here is free of all earthly burdens.
Feel the contentment and the love.
Realize that every person you know,
Every person you have ever met,
No matter how distorted or out of alignment their earthly expression might have been,
Is ultimately family.
Everyone has a higher self,
And on this level,
There's only love and companionship.
And so let us meditate here for another two minutes,
Allowing ourselves to find coherence with the highest expression of community.
Consciously choose to open your heart and connect your own light and love with that of the collective,
And just breathe here,
Swimming in the warmth of our family's love for each other.
Again,
Knowing you are safe,
Knowing you deserve it,
And knowing all you have to do is allow it to happen.
Feeling empowered now,
Feeling connected,
We bring our attention to the earth.
Our great mother.
And we see ourselves at our place upon it,
Realizing the breadth and scope of the planet.
Feel Mother Earth's presence beneath you and its magnetic fields surrounding you.
Feel the gravity which holds you to the planet.
Feel how tightly you are held.
See the tides of the ocean with its immense energy and power.
Feel the geological force of the planet.
And I want you to imagine the earth now as a whole,
Including all of its living beings,
All of its energetic connections to the greater universe.
And see this earth floating in space,
Rotating peacefully,
Gracefully.
Feel yourself as a part of the earth,
Not just as an individual being,
But as a small yet crucial part of the entire planet,
And feel yourself becoming one with the earth.
Just breathe here.
Feel the sturdiness of being a planet.
Feel the stability.
Feel the contentment.
And now finally,
Having connected with ourselves,
Each other,
And the planet,
Let us reach out beyond our own limited understanding,
To connect with any benevolent beings not limited to our three dimensions.
Let us connect with the stars and the planets,
The galaxies and the nebulas,
Along with the entire unseen web of energetic connection which ties together all of existence.
And here,
We humbly ask the universe and any beings of love and light which may be present to connect with us with the intention of manifesting together an enlightened,
Coherent universe in which all beings can live in harmony with each other.
And so we meditate here,
In silence,
Offering our love and companionship to the entirety of the universe.
Let us listen.
And so now,
We begin coming back to our bodies,
Holding the intention of bringing this body practice with us into our days,
Weeks,
Months,
And years.
Living in coherence with ourselves,
Each other,
Our mother earth,
And the entire universe.
Feel your attention coming back now to your physical body.
Take a deep breath in,
And a restorative breath out through your mouth.
Take one more deep breath in,
And out.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
Sense the space around you.
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
