Find a comfortable seated or laying position.
As you start to close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
And as you slowly let go,
Allow your body to sink down,
Relax,
Releasing any tension from the day.
As you start to bring your awareness to the centre of your chest,
The space of your heart chakra,
The energy of love,
Compassion,
Connection.
Take a slow inhale through your nose,
Expanding your chest.
And exhaling gently through your mouth.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing in peace and love.
With each exhale,
Release any tension,
Fear,
Resistance.
As you let your breath flow naturally,
Feeling warmth and openness in your heart space.
As you begin to visualize a vibrant green light glowing at the centre of your chest.
With each inhale,
See this light expanding,
Filling your entire chest.
With warmth and love.
As you breathe out,
Imagine releasing any emotional blockages,
Any fear,
Resentment or pain.
Allowing them to dissolve into the earth.
As you silently repeat the mantra,
I am love.
I give and receive love freely.
With each repetition,
Feel your heart opening,
Radiating love,
Kindness,
Compassion.
As you now start to imagine this green light growing beyond your body,
As it fills the space around you.
Send love to yourself.
Appreciate who you are.
Send love to someone you care about.
Send love to someone you may have difficulty with.
Allowing healing energy to flow.
Finally,
Send love out to the world.
Knowing that your heart's energy can bring healing and light to the world.
Peace.
As you take a deep breath in.

Steady exhale.
Bringing awareness back to your body,
Back to your space.
Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
