Center yourself,

Find a comfortable place,

Position your body comfortably,

If possible,

Feet flat with your palms on your lap facing upward or just lay down.

Breathe,

Breathe,

Remember with your belly allow that space to open up,

To gently and easily allow the air to flow.

Inhale and exhale to your mouth and let all the stress and tension go.

This is your time to relax.

Inhaling peace,

Allowing that peace to flow into your brain,

Into your mind,

Allowing the sounds around you to just float by,

This is your time to relax.

You may notice and sense everything around as you relax even deeper and become more and more comfortable with every breath you take,

Allowing that flowing,

Comfortable sense of relaxation to flow down around your eyes,

Around your nose,

Then your mouth and your jaw,

Down into your neck and throat,

Relaxing,

Letting go,

Soothing your shoulders and your arms with this nice peaceful wave of relaxation where your arms and your head and your eyes have nothing to do but be right now.

Allowing your chest,

Your lungs to easily breathe and relax,

Allowing for that warmth to reach your back and to flow downward,

Caressing,

Easing,

Relaxing your back,

All your muscles soothing,

Coming around into your lower belly,

Your lower abdomen,

Rubbing your hips,

Feeling this warmth of relaxation filling you up and flowing down your legs,

Down into your knees and calves,

Down to your ankles,

All the way to your feet,

Nothing to do but be.

It is time to relax,

To notice your breath,

To just let this pure,

Wonderful,

Soothing,

Effortlessly flowing air to wrap you and fill you up with a sense of peace and calm,

Allowing the functions in your body to reset,

Allowing your body time to heal,

To restore,

Allowing for your mind to rest,

Letting go of thoughts,

Focusing only on your breath.

And you can remain relaxed like this for a few moments more or you can just easily fall into deep sleep,

Whatever you need.

And at the time you need to come back into the world,

Just let yourself be brought back with ease and peace and ready to take on the rest of your day.
